cost me time and money

said excellent condition and screen wasnt flawless as described, huge 2 inch scratch and another 1/4” scratch with more screen damage around the sides. explain civilly how it cost me a gas trip to the store since they don’t offer, FedEx pick up or free home pick up and even made me take 10 pictures after explaining with my first context to see if there’s any other way they can re-compensate me just to have me waste my time taking 10 pictures of all sides of the box and scratches just to say well sorry there’s no other way we can compensate you, but we can offer you a full refund. I already explained in the first message Heather there’s a 2 inch scratch and then they said they’ll see what they can do. Sounds like I didn’t even need to take the pictures then. seller must be taking on too much work to handle to let a mistake like this slip. I mean, they couldn’t have even offered me a discount on the next purchase? Wow. Well if anybody wants to try their luck with them, this is my honest experience but I’m not going to anymore would not seem like a good idea so I don’t know how anybody else would.
