it's not in excellent condition, battery life was at 68%. when returned they never refund the money. I had to dispute the credit card charge. worst experience with bestbuy. I called Best buy but they can't give me the seller details, they don't contact the seller and only way to contact seller is to message them through best buy. worst ever experience. I am never buying from Best buy again.

Phone has a free scratches on the screen. I wouldn't consider that "excellent" condition. It also has rapid battery drainage, I have doubts it's actually "refurbished" as if it were, the battery would have been replaced. I'll be taking it to a phone repair shop to have them replace the battery. The phone at least works.
