The device is very slow, very old model, and it keeps locking, where the old user has it on his find my phone. Keeps locking the phone.

Can’t believe they sold this piece of junk! Didn’t even set it up, as I charged it and the whole screen was glitching. This was a gift so by the time it was opened and charged it was 4 days past the “15” day joke of a return period. We will no longer be using our Best Buy credit card or spending the few thousand we spend there a year. Terrible packaging, trash item and generic cube in a ziplock bag. No one would help me to return this and I’m beyond disappointed. Quality items don’t need returned. I can’t believe I can get better customer service from Walmart. Disappointed

pretty much useless, bought it for my spark, but it cannot run any apps for dji drones, had I seen any better info beforehand, would not have waste the money!
