    Was sent the right watch but regular (non-nike) watch band, called in said i could go to local best buy for them to swap it, get to local best buy, they say theyre is nothing they can do, go back and chat online they said go to local store, after i explaining i did they said then only option is to return the whole watch and wait several weeks for replacement… after i was told i could just go into location to swap bands i purchased and installed a screen protector and setup watch, so now im out money for my wasted trip to my closest location an hour out of my way and the screen protector I installed. Very sad, its just a silicone band that someone put wrong with watch but i have to bend over backwards to fix the issue. All i can say is good luck.

    Watch came with some surface scratches but decided to return due to fact they did not include the Nike watch band as pictured . They Included a regular used iwatch band . I was really looking forward to the watch but ended up disappointed.

    not satisfied at all! I not only received a wrong beat up band but a fake charger and a watch full of scratches, i had no other choice but to return it! NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!

    Very disappointed with my order. The cashier double checked the watch in front of me. I assumed he knew what an Apple Nike watch looked like. Wrong. I paid for a regular series 6, not a Nike series. I’ll be returning it today.

    TERRIBLE experience with Best Buy’s misleading marketing offering this Nike version only to receive the wrong bands on the watch and the store not owning to it and wanting to charge an additional $50 for the right bands. Very disappointing.
