Children and these remotes don’t always mix, fortunately when our old one was lost, a quick trip to Best Buy made for a simple return to streaming. No setup. No codes, just inbox and click. Seamless!

This remote was purchased as a replacement to use with 4th generation Apple TV. It works great with basic features. Do you prefer to have Siri to help with searching? You have to decide whether paying additional $40 for Siri is worth the investment. Eye decided to keep the basic remote and get the Siri remote to have a spare. Very satisfied with my decision to get both. These remotes are super tiny ——only complaint is the size.

The remotes are small and easy to misplace so needed on for daughter when she moved to college because app did not work to set up Apple TV. So off to get a remote and was able to set us the tv.

I was gifted an Apple TV but it didn’t have a remote. I walked into my local Best Buy and an associate walked me right to the remotes. Went home and it immediately recognized my Apple TV.

This is a standard Apple TV remote. It works fine and I would definitely purchase this item again in the future. Apple TV is great and it works even better with an Apple TV remote!

Bought a replacement remote due to losing the original during a big move. Gotta say, it's a sturdy, high quality product. Nice metal frame, responsive buttons and it's easy to use.

Found an Apple TV box and cable in storage at work/office. No remote. Tired everything to make it work with IPhones but to no avail. For $7.99 (at the time of purchase) a real sweet deal. Paired immediately to box. Never stopped working so far. Love it. And yea...IPhones work as controller now too :/ But that’s Apple for you. Lol. Controller is great!!

I'm reviewing a stick of chewing gum. Wait, what? This is a remote? What does it control? My Apple TV? Is that the thing I bought because I thought it was cool but is just like every TV and every Roku only it costs way more and is kind of a pain in the butt to use? Oh. Okay, I'd rather review chewing gum.

This remote has been out for a while, and I am used to it. It works well and once you get the Apple TV set up (which can be a pain) it does everything one needs. I spilled water on my old one and needed another. Best Buy had it in stock, was convenient, and priced it right.

I lost my Apple remote in a move. I tried three other less expensive remotes and had to return them. The Apple remote works great and was easy to reprogram. The loss of the star is due to the replacement price. But that’s the price you pay when doing business with Apple.

Always miss placing my other control. Decided to buy an extra one for just incase moment rather then tearing the house apart looking for this small thin controller. Lol

I got a used Apple TV without a remote so it was necessary to set up my Apple TV. Remote app on my phone works seemlesy as well but can not set up the device from it.

We love the Apple TV, but the remote is so small, that with two toddlers, they always seem to find it and we lose them. Wish it had some sort of sensor or app to find it. Also, this new remote seems to be sticking for the main button. Kind of annoying but it works.

I lost my apple tv remote & previously bought universal remotes to use the apple tv & they did not work. Better to buy the actual apple tv remote works great.

lost our remote during our move thought I would have to buy a complete new Apple tv device but was very easy that we could purchase remote alone super happy

We had to get us another remote for the Apple TV because a raccoon came in the bedroom window and hauled off the original one. This one here works just fine.

We lost our original Apple remote (I think the couch ate it!). We were thrilled to be able to easily get a replacement from BB. Works just like new!

My son lost the Apple Remote that came with our Apple TV. I'm sure it will turn up someday! While I tried to customize a random extra remote, the end result was disappointing. So, I bought another over-priced, beautifully-designed Apple Remote.
