Easy to pair with Apple TV. Can use right away without delay. Only draw back is that they are sensitive to anything which causes them to stop working.

Very happy with this remote. Very durable and controller buttons are easy to operate.

For Apple TV owners replacing a broken or old remote, this 3rd-gen Siri Remote is a strong upgrade. It mixes improved ergonomics, smarter navigation, and better charging—despite minor quirks and cost. I only bought this because we lost the original one. Not so sure if there is a "finder" function. You can also tag it with an airtag so that you can find it more easier.

This remote is so much better than the old version. Easy to use. Better fit in your hand. I find myself thinking the buttons are on the same spots on the old one!!!

much better quality that previous remote. live the ease of use and new features. reminds me of the old ipods where you slide your finger through circle. feels great on your hand. definitely recommended.

Better than the previous glass top remote. Plus the rechargeable battery via usb C its a great improvement.

It was so easy to connect! We love the mute feature on this remote. We also love that it is thicker and more durable than the older remotes.

Finally, an easy and intuitive Apple remote. Hated the original remote that reacted haphazardly to swipes and presses. Frankly was considering ditching the Apple TV over that issue This new one seems flawless in that regard after using for the last several weeks. Thank you for this new design but the cost should be half for what it costs you to manufacture, Apple. Dinged 1 star for the "Apple Tax". Only recommended for those who can afford it who are stuck with the old remotes.

Always been a good remote. The charge is pretty good as well, last long.

The remote is well designed, although a bit touch sensitive. 3rd generation is much better. I don't understand why the apple TV (2nd generation) doesn't have an easy way to charge the device. but recharges quickly. battery life is mediocre. I often end up using my phone for remote control.

Bought this remote because the original that I had from about 12 years ago finally stopped working. I really love this particular remote because it is equipped with the “Find Me” feature that allows me to use my phone to find the remote when I “lose” it as soon as I put it down. Of course Best Buy priced it higher than other retailers but it was readily in stock.

For the longest time i hated the way they made the black remote for the 2nd generation apple tv. Touch pad was prone to cracking and lagging when your fingers move too fast while scrolling. The original remote ended up getting washed in the washing machine accidentally, so ended up buying this newer generation remote and they did a great job with this one, wayyyy easier to use, still have the touch option, but also a clicking option, it now has a power on and off button, its a lot more solid and heavier than the previous remotes, the only con is the spot they stuck the mic option, but overall i wish i made this purchase wayy sooner than dealing with that second gen remote.

Its the replacemwnt just not a fan of their remote. The voice function is the reason i wanted it. Yiu can buy a universal.for 1/3 of the price. I have one and most my family prefers it and it was $13.

Great remote, until the power button suddenly fell right out of it! First failure of its kind, just after the one year warranty, so nothing Apple would do. If it failed a month earlier, then its a warranty replacement. I taped the power button, good enough to use. When the battery dies and fails to hold a charge, then maybe it will be replaced. It’s expensive, but at least if it doesnt break, you can get the battery replaced for $30 when the time comes.

Worked instantly. Love these remotes. Lost my original one. Who knows where it went.
