I love this remote! The buttons are in different places than the original one that we got with our Apple TV but still very easy to use. Worth every penny!

Bought a knockoff remote for an older Apple TV - it looked similar and was $30 cheaper. Well turns out you get what you pay for. It was a waste of money. Broke down and bought the Apple remote, happy ever since. Works like a charm, easy setup. Had to mess with the TV settings to get it to accept the Apple Remote to control off and on function.

This is a pretty good remote, I’m using it for my 2020-2021 Apple TV and it works perfectly, connected within a second. USB-C is also great. And I LOVE the battery life on it. I’ve used past versions for 1-2 years without charging. Hopefully this is the same or even better.

This by far is better than the first gen remote. When I got this I definitely enjoyed how durable like the first gen. I still get to enjoy the touch capabilities of the 2 nd gen remote . Definitely will be getting a few more for our other devices

I have the older model apple box shattered my old remote and needed a new one. I’m loving the new upgrade on the Apple Remote so much better and easier to use!

This is an Apple replacement remote, identical to the one you receive with new devices. However, it is well worth the money if you have the older touchpad-only remote. That remote also does not have a mute button - this does. A little pricey for just a remote, if you got a good sale, you could almost buy a new AppleTV

Love this Apple TV! Having used many, many Fire sticks in the past, I have to say that I have no plans on going back to them. Apparently you do get what you pay for. Also, I am an iPhone user.

I got this for my mom as a Christmas gift thinking nothing of it but we love it. It is a very big improvement from the previous generation remote. We were a little worried that it wasn’t gonna work since the Apple TV was also from the previous generation but nope, we literally just charged it pointed it to the TV press the button and it connected as simple as that

A huge improvement over the previous generation Apple TV Siri remote. The mute button alone makes it worth price to upgrade! Removing one star because the remote could be a little grippier. It's better than the older remote, but still it's easy to lose your grip on it and the remote has a way of finding its way between couch cushions. 4/5.

Tactile buttons for up/down/left/right is a lot easier to understand for anyone using the remote, compared to the old model which only had swipe gestures. Long battery life, good build quality, feels premium. Only thing missing is an input button so I can ditch my TV remote for good

I use the 4K Apple TV Digital Media Player for streaming Needed to replace the one I had, this one is a major improvement that the original one. USBC capability for charging. Easier to minipulate.

Easiest setup ever just hold the remote 3 to 4 inches from your Apple TV and it’s instantly activated
