Great replacement. Very easy to pair. Be sure to get the silicone case to go around it because if you drop it, the top will shatter. Hence why we had to buy the replacement.

My last one was crushed when I stepped on it. My kids left it on the floor. But, without backlight, you couldn’t really tell where your fingers were. The new remote has a raised edge for the menu button. Much, much better!

Not the greatest remote but very little choice with Apple TV. I have not purchased the newer remote yet. But my original remote broke and this was the only one in stock.

When we lost our Apple TV remote, we lost productivity using our AppleTV. After purchasing this remote, now we can do everything we need to and be very efficient in the office with the Apple TV applications.

Bought a remote to replace the original one that fell off the bed would really recommend buying a case for this remote because the top part is glass

I would give this 5 stars, but the pairing is a pain if you still have the old remote paired. I had to take the old one outside and put it in my car to get it far enough away to not connect so I could pair the new remote. Besides that, great remote.

Works as it should. Exact replacement. Apple TV is hands down the best streaming device out there. I’ve tried Roku, Amazon Fire and my LG smart TV’s native apps and prefer the Apple TV.

This is the best remote I've used in life... It just seems to make sense..very intuitive. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that it's made of glass and I've already have one fall off the couch onto the floor and totally shatter the case.

I love the Apple TV remote, but when mine fell between the couch and ended up in the recliner track...it was not great :| replacement remote to the rescue!

I had bought a refurbished Apple TV remote on eBay and it wouldn't hold a charge! I bought this brand new one and am completely satisfied with it so far. It's all good!

I only bought this one because my last one dropped and shattered like a smart phone. Why did they design it like that? Otherwise the functionality is great.

Apple remotes generally have a life span of 1-2 years after that the buttons start to stick and stiffen. Apple remote on the Iphone will work just as well except it does not have volume control.

Only time I used my debit card online in about six months and it was compromised and used at stone mountain- won’t buy online with Best Buy anymore! No security using cards! Product was what I wanted

i recently drop my remote and it was pretty banged up. Finally decided to grab a new one. I'm really glad i did. The new remote are great quality and feel sturdier than the previous model ones.

This was ordered for a space where the original Apple TV remote was dropped and damaged, and using a phone was not an option. It was more than I prefer to spend, but it did the trick. We got a protective rubberized cover for this one!

Replaced a lost remote at home. I really love the white circle around the menu button. In the dark sometimes its makes it easier to find out which way is up.

I have 4 AppleTV’s in my home and I love these remotes, but the glass is so fragile that they have all broken from being dropped. I prefer to use the Remote App in my iPhone, but this was on sale so I replaced one of the shattered ones.

My old remote stopped working, had to replace it. This one has also been dropped and cracked. I think Apple should move away from using the glass on these.

Although the price (as all Apple products are) was less than to be desired, it still allows me to control my AppleTV. It took a few tries to get it connected, but once it did I haven't had any issues.

Pricey item but when you lose it what do you do it was either purchase this use and iPhone or iPad as the remote. Or buy a whale new Apple TV
