Easy to use however, very sensitive when scrolling or touching the pad.

This of course comes with the Apple TV out of the box but it's small and very easy to lose down in your couch so I was thankful to see you could grab a replacement at a local best buy. This remote does what it needs to do and it's just nice to always have. Quality is nice but that's expected from Apple,price is a bit high but again that's expected from Apple

This design is much better than the original. The outline of the menu button serves as a locator in the dark. Also, Apple makes it easy to transfer all the settings from the old remote to the new one. Additionally, the glass on this one seems much more durable compared to the original remote.

My father lost the remote for his AppleTV months ago. I bought this replacement as a gift. I was a little worried about how we would connect it to his AppleTV (bluetooth pairing is rarely fun) but I think it happened automatically! It's a little pricey (which may mean there's more to it that you'd think) but it has wonderful functionality and usability.

Very easy to use. The design is simply beautiful. Highly recommend.

Lost the one that came with our Apple TV. This is the newer version of the remote and I wasn’t sure if it would work since the remoter that we lost did not have the white trim outlining the menu button. Set up took a quick google search and a few seconds of our time. Dang is Apple proud of their remotes though...

Great remote very convenient and last long without charging

This was a replacement for a broken remote. I just wish they weren't so fragile and expensive to replace.

It works great. The remote is updated from the one I had and it took about 5 minutes to realize it was a lot more useful than my old one, But yeah, it's great. It's a remote control I'm not sure what else to say.

Much nicer product than the original remote. Also seems to have less lag in connections to the tv.

I’m giving this remote 4 stars instead of 5 stars because it breaks easily when dropped and is difficult to use, but has one redeeming feature. Apple needs to rethink this design. I have arthritis in both hands so I have to use both hands just to use this remote. I have to lay the remote in the palm of one hand and swipe with the other. Swiping is also an issue with this remote. The swiping motion does not always move where you want it to because of the touch remote. You can change the speed of motion in the settings app, but that doesn’t really solve the problem. I end up using my iPhone as a remote instead because it is easier to control than this remote. The speak into the microphone feature works excellent though!

I somehow misplaced my Apple remote; and had to repurchase a replacement and am glad I did since I still can’t find the prior one! I’ve always liked this remote since it’s so convenient to watch our various shows with it. It’s easy to set up with the instructions it comes with and works great!

This remote's perfect! Very responsive, lightweight, and great quality. It's clearly made for the Apple TV, but I purchased it for the purpose of controlling audio on my Macbook Pro and iMac (I downloaded 'BetterTouchTool' online and it's been a godsend). Worth every penny!!

I had to buy a replacement since mine went through the washer with the sheets. The touch pad is awkward and the remote is touchy. For the cost, one would expect better products from Apple. My Roku works much better. Apple TV is nice, but Roku works just as well.

It’s the best tv remote I’ve personally have ever owned but I will say one thing.. don’t lose it and take great care of it, use a protective cover because it can crack easily and it can get lost if you’re not careful where you place it but I suppose you can say that about any remote control.

The remote control is easy to use and works great. I would give it 5 stars if not for the fact that this is a replacement remote control for an apple tv device that I purchased within less than 1 week of having to replace the remote control. My advice: buy the extended warranty or at the very least purchase the optional cover for the remote control.

We recently dropped our Apple TV remote in water. Since we couldn’t get it to work we needed to replace it. We bought an authentic Apple replacement from BestBuy and this remote is updated from the one we had before. It was easy to pair and we love it.

I am glad that there is an option to get a replacement! I finally broke one of these and the the replacement was like nothing happened! Easy to replace and install. Don't hesitate if you have a broken one.

great product if only the price was a little cheaper but the fact that you cannot control the tv volume with the remote app unless you have IR makes you need to have this
