We had to buy this replacement within a couple months because it fell off arm of sofa and broke.

It´s not compatible with some AppleTvs

Didn’t work

Open Box was a Bad Idea

I purchased an open box replacement cause I figured what’s the big deal, they say they test and certify these things so I’ll be nice and take it off their hands. Got home and the remote does sync and the volume buttons work, but the touch pad and all other buttons do not work. Guess that’s why it was an open box. I returned it and when they asked what was wrong I explained and asked them to please not put this back on the shelf as I suspect that’s how I wound up with it. Went in the next day and the open box remote was back on sale. Very disappointed. Open box items should not be something to be feared and at least when it comes to Best Buy, I no longer trust it.
