Ir's magnetic, grabs on to the spine and holds very solid. It does turn the ipad on when you open it and shuts it off as it says. I returned it since I thought it would be like a book cover. But if I had not found a complete cover, I would have ordered it again. Three famiy members have this cover. It's sturdy and looks nice. Comes in more than one color. Folds back. Sorry, I don't have a picture.

I had a cover like this with my previous iPad. When I got my new iPad 4 I did not find this type of cover. I bought a different case. Although it added more protection it also added more weight. I didn't like it. In less than a week I found my iPad cover and took the other one back. I am very careful with my iPad. I really like the cover but it doesn't add much protection.

Good cover for the iPad mini that is easy to attach. Not the best for using as a stand when folded for viewing videos, but poly cover is durable and lightweight.

I bought this on an impulse while buying my iPad, but I don't regret it. It is very convenient and simple to use - I love that I can simply flip it over and prop up my iPad so I don't strain my neck by looking directly down. It's also doesn't add a bunch of extra weight or bulk to my iPad. A friend of mine didn't buy this one because she wanted something that fully encompassed her iPad, but if you are careful with your devices, then just this one-sided cover to protect the screen works just fine.

Works as advertised. I enjoy not having to fuss about with the power button all the time. Only thing I don't particularly care for is that no instructions are included regarding how to clean the cover. Good purchase, even though a little expensive.
