Having a Smart Keyboard makes using our IPad so much easier, i would recommend this Keyboard to anyone who uses iPad. The cover also protect the IPad….! Bought for my Husband and he really likes it.

Keyboard works great, my iPad does not turn off when closed but that’s a small sacrifice for protection and working keyboard. I was also able to get it at a great price which was even better for a quality item.

I purchased this as an open box. I like fast response from the keyboard. No charging or setup with the keyboard. Put the iPad on it and your ready to go. It is easy to clean. You can take the iPad off and use it without the keyboard pretty easily. Putting the iPad on the keyboard is pretty easy. It is pricey, but with it in my opinion.

I love this! It helps me to manuver with my IPad like a computer and get things done quicker! It is simple and easy; pluse it protects my IPad. I will always use one now with every IPad I own. Thanks so much!

I purchased an iPad Air 4th generation and needed a nice folio for it. While searching the Best Buy web site, I came across the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio that would fit my iPad Air. As I looked over the options I noticed that there was an open-box folio available at a Best Buy store close to me, and the price adjustment was substantial. I ordered the folio and picked it up the following afternoon. When I opened the item, it was absolutely in pristine, like-new condition. It functions exactly like a product from Apple would; meaning it just works. It securely holds the iPad Air and the keyboard does not require batteries, Bluetooth, WiFi or any other connection. The iPad recognizes the keyboard instantly, the keyboard is a bit cramped but totally serviceable for my needs, and did I mention that there's no battery required for the keyboard? A great keyboard folio at a terrific price.

Very well made. Pretty sure it’s waterproof. Seems durable, does collect finger oil over the course of time. Pretty light. I am very content with the typing experience and seamless connection to the iPad. Key spacing feels normal, even though it may be slightly shrunken down. There’s a keyboard change button on the bottom left, and there’s no escape key. It flips around easily and i almost never take it off.

This keyboard attachment provides adequate protection when the device is closed, and greatly improves my ability to type on my iPad Air. Using the iPad without the keyboard is doable, but if you plan on remotely using the iPad similarly to a laptop, an attachment like this is a must have. The refurbished model I purchased was in great condition and more than 25% off, which made the price reasonable for the quality. There is more expensive alternatives from Apple as well as multiple others from different brands, so it could be worth considering one of those instead when they’re on sale, as the added trackpad could be a useful advantage. I don’t mind using the touchscreen for navigation here and there, because the keyboard shortcuts are good.

Bought this item as part of package with the iPad Pro and I'm glad I did. It is expensive to buy these products and the discounts on both items made the total purchase worthwhile. The Smart Keyboard Folio is easy too use as a keyboard and I can tell the folio protects the iPAD very well. The magnetic stand that functions at 2 different angles is very much appreciated.

If you’re looking for a more affordable but functional option for apple keyboards, I definitely recommend this keyboard! The keys are elevated enough to feel them and the size is nice even though it is a small option! 10/10

A must have for fat fingered people like me if you are using teh iPad for school and work. There are 2 drawbacks: the keyboard takes some getting used to, i keep hitting the screen with my fingers due to its small size, and its matte black color is hard to keep clean looking. Otherwise it is sturdy and very useful, an I like that it does not need to be charged and it draws off of the ipad's battery.

The folio is light and the keyboard is super functional and easy to use. A little on the expensive side though.

I was hesitant due to the high price for this keyboard/case/folio(?). I say it’s a wise purchase if you have the spending money for it. It simplifies a lot of productive tasks on the iPad Pro that just isn’t as easy with onscreen keyboard. I didn’t want to add to the additional amount of items in my every day carry bag so getting a separate Bluetooth keyboard and mouse just didn’t seem like a wise alternative. The all-in-one of this and additional charging port on the side (smart move Apple) makes it a great addition to the iPad Pro. Only Con of it is I don’t find myself using the mouse as much as I thought I would. It’s just easier using the touchscreen, but it is there IF i do feel the need to use it. The keyboard feels great. Not quite as soft or quiet to the touch as the MacBook Pro keyboards, but the spacing of the keys and everything makes it great.

This case is perfect for someone who uses their iPad for occasional typing and using it as a normal tablet. I wouldn’t try to type a long document, but it’s better for text messages and emails. It folds back nicely so that the iPad is easy to use in tablet mode. The case is high quality and it feels like it’s going to last a long time.

If you're looking for a great folio case with a keyboard, this is the one to get. I know the magic keyboard is out as well, but the only con with that, it doesn't fold back into a folio for game play or surfing. This one folds back nicely, keeps the iPad intact and fells premium and solid for the price. I actually have the magic keyword and the folio and find myself using this one more. When I want more of a laptop experience I opt for the magic keyboard case. When I want to play games and surf the web, watch a few videos, I choose this one!

This keyboard works very well with my iPad Air. I was wanting to be able to type easier on it and this works so well. I like that it has two angles to stand the iPad up, too.

The Smart Keyboard is a great addition to the IPad Pro 11. This keyboard will fold all the way back on itself (the magic keyboard I was told would not). Attaches easy, works seamlessly and looks great. Not designed for protection, but a life changer for someone who has never used one with an iPad before.

Love the ease and versatility this Smart Keyboard Folio provides...I can move freely and easily between attachments as well. I use it to design lessons for my special needs students—the keyboard helps me to do this in a faster, more efficient way than before, while allowing me access to the graphics that I love to incorporate.

I gave it to my daughter for her birthday and she is in love with it! I think is the best keyboard ever for the iPad, she takes it every where I recommend it good investment.

Not sure where I would be with out it, such a great help to the iPad. I prefer using a physical keyboard to the one on the screen. This doesn't add a ton of weight to the IPad either which is great. Fully recommend.

I am really enjoying the Apple keybpad for my IPad. It saves so much time by typing instead of finger picking each letter or number. Plus, it keeps me from constant cleanin of my IPad. It is so worth the price.
