Decent iPad folio keyboard. Does a decent job typing and protecting everyday usage of my IPad Pro. Price is a bit high for this type of keyboard. Will look forward to upgrading to the Magic Keyboard folio in the future. Edge are keeping up and not fraying that easily as was found in the prior versions.

Bought an excellent open box and it has worked perfectly for us. Once I connected it the iPad automatically picked it up and was using without adding anything not even an app. Doesn’t require any charging and doesn’t seem to affect battery of iPad while using it. Few videos out there help with setting stuff up like shortcuts.

Expands the possibilities of your ipad!

I mostly use my ipad in tablet form (esp. writing notes), so the magic keyboard didn't fit my use case. The best part is that it is so convenient, always with the ipad, and no connection/transition lag. As a result, it has greatly increased what I could do with my ipad -- I oftentimes use it to type and browse the web over my laptop! At first I was antsy about the keyboard experience (it doesn't type as naturally as a typical laptop keyboard), but after a month I can say that it is very usable. I can type maybe 90% of my typical typing speed/accuracy. I wouldn't use this keyboard if I had to type full time on it. But for my use case, it is perfect at making my ipad so much more useful and functional.

This case is pretty neat! Not the world's greatest typing experience, but very suitable for getting things done on the go. The keys are soft, comfortable, but not squishy or tactile, very quiet. The case magnetic and it connects to the ipad instantly, no need to wait to connect via bluetooth. The ipad attaches for the case with the use of magnets, even folds into different viewing positions and retains itself with magnetic grooves! Its feels sturdy when opened and tilted, not loose. It's a great case for anyone who does work on the go without carrying an extra keyboard. It's not cheap, of course cuz its Apple, but it works just so well!

I’ve owned the Magic Keyboard and Logi’s version for the 11 and 12.9 inch iPad Pros - every generation. Logi’s keyboard is great for protection and versatility. It works nearly as well as Apple’s Magic Keyboard, but it costs a fraction of the price. But if you don’t need a trackpad or if you use a mouse or larger external Magic Trackpad, this is the way to go, in my opinion. I need the ability to take my iPad out of the case, so, while the Logi is my preferred case for features/protection, taking it in and out is too much of a hassle. The Magic Keyboard is a bit heavy and bulky, even though I agree that it’s a work of art, but the folio-style keyboard (this one) ended up being the one I used most. If you don’t like the short key travel and feel of the keyboard, maybe look elsewhere. I like it though. The short travel clacks keys are oddly satisfying and the convenience of the folio style keyboard is just right.

Not got for those os us that DROP items often! Love the way this key board snuggled up close to the iPad but-- it is all magnetic. The sides of the I pad are not covered or protected in any way. Since it automatically charges with the pad it makes having an alternative hard to find. I went with the zagg but am questioning my wisdom right now as I lost the small charging cord between keyboard and iPad.

A great little keyboard. It types fine, is responsive and just works. iPad looks good inside it. Is it expensive? Yes. Not magic keyboard expensive, that beast is the price of an iPad Air entry model! Still, it’s water resistant and great for travel. It’s more of an accessory than dock, which is why I got this over the magic keyboard. With that you are trapped in landscape mode, this allows both. Ultimately it will boil down to your use case. For me, being able to type at lunch or dinner and not worrying about crumbs getting under keys and wrecking a $350 accessory is why I went with this. The cloth wrapped keys are well protected and feel decent when used. I do wish it was backlit but hey, they would have charged us another Benjamin for that... this is Apple after all.

I have tried numerous third party keyboards and pens. But nothing beats apples add ons. They are expensive be well worth the investment. Less frustration and more productivity. You can get open box and returns for a reasonable price if you are will to wait.

I absolutely LOVE this iPad. Great size, very clear picture. I also purchased the recommended keyboard and am happy I did. It’s light and very thin. This works as easy as a laptop. The only drawback is the charging cord is different than my iPhone X and as a flight attendant, it’s just another cord to carry.

Love this little keyboard!!!! No need to have to fight to get your ipad to attach to it. It stays attached to your ipad magnetically. It gets charged thru the case, when you charge your ipad. I only had to buy a new one, because I upgraded my ipad and my old keyboard couldn’t be used with the new ipad. Otherwise I would still be using my old keyboard. I had my old one for 5 years.

Pretty good, but at the end of the day just isn't quite the Magic Keyboard. Pros: light, protective, spill-proof keyboard, decent typing experience. Cons: No port for USB charging, 12.9" iPad needs a touchpad, not as balanced in the lap as the Magic Keyboard. If the Magic Keyboard didn't exist, this would be 5 stars.

I have owned about 7 iPads since it first came out. I was happy with my small ipad pro with cellular data because it allowed me to work anywhere. I recently purchased the iPas Pro 12 inch with cellular data and decided to splurge on this keyboard. I can attest without a doubt that this has become thus far my favorite on the go device. I don’t have to carry my bulky laptop anymore nor do I loose half of my screen with a pop up keyboard. Regardless of where I am I can pretty much do What I do at the office with such ease and all because of this keyboard. Without it, it’s just another fancy tablet. With it, it allows me to work so effectively. I have bought third party keyboards for my other iPads and after less than a month of using them, I opted to remove them. They didn’t feel right. While I was definitely hesitant because of the price, at least for my use, it has been 100% worth it.

I originally thought this would have a track pad but this was definitely worth the price. The magnet connector is so strong and I haven’t had any issues with it. Highly recommended
