The Apple keyboard is great protection for the iPad and makes it comfortable to use as a laptop. Typing is very Apple keyboard, you either like it or you don't. But not having to charge a accessory and the freedom to remove easily are worth the added costs.

I have owned about 7 iPads since it first came out. I was happy with my small ipad pro with cellular data because it allowed me to work anywhere. I recently purchased the iPas Pro 12 inch with cellular data and decided to splurge on this keyboard. I can attest without a doubt that this has become thus far my favorite on the go device. I don’t have to carry my bulky laptop anymore nor do I loose half of my screen with a pop up keyboard. Regardless of where I am I can pretty much do What I do at the office with such ease and all because of this keyboard. Without it, it’s just another fancy tablet. With it, it allows me to work so effectively. I have bought third party keyboards for my other iPads and after less than a month of using them, I opted to remove them. They didn’t feel right. While I was definitely hesitant because of the price, at least for my use, it has been 100% worth it.

This is a great accessory for your iPad Pro. I do have a couple criticisms with it however. I have owned the Smart Keyboard for every version they have made for the iPad Pros. My biggest complaint is the durability. For the price, I'd expect it to last a long time, and they do. The biggest thing I have experienced is the corners start showing wear fairly early (I am very meticulous about treating my electronics gently). I have also had issues in the past with the back starting to show some marks. However, since its made by Apple, it works flawlessly with the iPad Pro. For the price, I'd like to see a little better durability.

This is a good keyboard case, although a bit overpriced compared to other good quality keyboard case providers.

I love it! It folds into a case for the iPad. It also acts as a stand. It is not heavy at all, and makes the iPad seem like something in between a laptop and an iPad. Easy to put on and easy to remove.

When I bought a used 4th generation iPad Pro 12.9”, it came with a Smart Folio Keyboard for a 2nd generation. It worked fine most of the time but occasionally got lost. Not enough space for the dual cameras on the 4th gen. No such problem with the new keyboard. Wakes up every time. Always connects and all the keys are just like my MacBook Air.

Purchased this to go with my mom's new iPad; it's easy to use and works so well. She can't use the on-screen keyboard, so this was a real help to her. Excellent product and highly recommended.

Its a great keyboard case but doesn't offer a lot of protection for your iPad as 3 of the four sides are left unprotected however having the ability the flip the case completely over and still use in tablet mode is a nice feature since you don't have to remove the iPad from this case.

Love this keyboard. Perfect for typing up long pages. Magnetically attachment is really good. Would definitely recommend getting a second case so you can get a bit more Protection.

This keyboard is fantastic! Looks and functions perfectly.. no need for a bulky case. Not overly expensive either.

This is the second time I have purchased the keyboard to go with my iPad it makes the iPad as useable as a functional laptop.

Excellent unit. So easy to use and makes my iPad into a very mobile unit. Protecting my iPad is a number one concern. Works great, typing and usage of the pencil is amazing.

This key board is great and easy to use. Just snap on your iPad and it works. Love it over and above the magic keyboard, that one doesn’t flip around to the back.

It’s very good and the keyboard is great. The one issue I have is the folio detaching from the iPad. It’s held together my magnet and it doesn’t always hold. I’ve had the iPad fall a couple of times due to this. I wish it were more secure and snapped into the case. It would also provide more protection. One other wish would be to have the multimedia keys that most keyboards have.

Light weight and very convenient to pack up and carry around. You don’t have to charge it. Covers the back of the iPad and protect it from scratches. Great for everyday use.

This has been a great purchase. It is light and not bulky. Easy to carry if need to. Fast.

this is a decent keyboard/case combo. Overall I would not have purchased at full price, as I think there are some 3rd party options that are better and cheaper.
