Does the job it is meant to do, simply. It is easy to attach. The price seems high for what it is.

It's as easy as plugging it in. No software or drivers to set up. Works just like it says on the box. I cannot help but feel the price could be lower, but Apple is Apple.

This product helps boost up my internet speed when my wifi is going kind of slow. It made my internet connection anywhere from 2,000kb/s through 4,500kb/s faster. I highly recommend this product, especially for those who use internet where there are many others also using the internet.

Item works as advertised easy to hook up and speed is what I expected. Good to use for large file transfers on a Mac that does not have an ethernet connection.

This worked great getting my MacBook Pro on the network. I needed something to interface to my LAN because the MacBook does not include a ethernet port. This plugged in and the Mac recognized it right away no problems. Provided gigabit connection and worked as designed. I would recommend to anyone.

This works exactly as expected. It is reasonable small, and light. The only bad thing is that for the price, you would expect it to come with a nifty cover for the ports.

works as expected, though I do not appreciate having to buy an adapter for something so rudimentary. sadly, there was not an Insignia version of this.

I feel ancient in that I have a 2012 MBP but it’s still firing on all cylinders. I use it for live-streaming and there’s no need to rely on WiFi internet because that can be intermittent at times. This method of having the adapter allows me to still have two USB ports available. So far so good and hopefully I will have a laptop with USB-C in the near future.

I love how easy it to use. I also love how it connects immediately to the internet once it is hooked up.

I wanted to connect my MacBook Pro gigabit networks at home and on the road. This dongle fits the bill. I just got back from a trip and needed a fast connection at a hotel. Once connected, I was able to transfer a large number of hi res photos in a flash.

Purchased to get a hi-speed and more reliable connection for my macbook pro when in my office. The connector works as advertised and I'm not at the mercy of the sometimes flakey and oversaturated wireless provided in our office building.

This adapter allows me to hard wire my laptop for a faster connection. A good work around for the new MacBooks without ethernet ports built in.

I bought this so I can get gig internet speeds and this allows me to since you can't get the speed through wifi. Works great and is plug and play.

Apple and other sites need to do a better job at distinguishing between Thunderbolt vs Thunderbolt 3.0 (USB-C). What I needed was USB-C and bought this one inadvertently. Normally I don't order online and pickup, but due to COVID-19 I did and the description/picture make it confusing. Having said all this, I do have a 2016 Macbook with the original Thunderbolt and this works great for that model.

This adapter works great for it's purpose. It's a bit hard to plug in and plug out the ethernet cable for this adapter at the beginning, though.

Does what it's meant to do and is very easy to set up. Hasn't let me down yet! I would recommend this item to anyone who wants a connection with Ethernet.

All Mac products are very picky with the type of adapter and brand used, so if its not an Apple brand, it may or may not work. This adapter will do its job. 4 stars for working, but much too expensive for something so simple. Apple premium

Love the Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adaptor. It's small and very easy to use. Can attach to my router with an internet cable very easily.
