It has a processor that is way to powerful for what it does. It is slick and snappy. No ads and straight to the point. Even if you don't have an Iphone. It is better if you do.

Lightning fast responsiveness, and everything loads so much faster. When scrolling through my movies, it used to load them incrementally but now everything loads for a smooth scroll. Also playing games on this thing is super fun.

Apple TV is the greatest thing. Thank you very much.

Works especially well if you are already an Apple phone user. Highly recommend if you use apps for streaming to watch on your tv, as some apps won’t work on a smart tv and this works with your tv.

The Chromecast no longer was functional and it was a no-brained to add another Apple TV. I waited for this 3rd Gen version to become available and now have it in primary TV room and moved the 2nd gen one to bedroom. I’m not yet able to take advantage of HDR 10+ on this new device but I like being future proofed for a while before I upgrade my screen. The Ethernet port is an important part for my network setup and didn’t add too much to the price (the extra memory is a bonus). Anyone with Apple phones, tablets and computers will appreciate the tight integration with tvOS. The value received per dollar spent on this new version makes it the best choice for my streaming needs.

Apple TV - Good buy

I especially appreciate the remote upgrade which is much easier to use and feels better in the hand. The price just seems too steep.

I laws replacing old Apple TV, and I like the new remote better.

Can play videos games without a hitch, and never hangs up. Using the main OS is a breeze and easy to use. The supported apps are pretty broad and will definitely satisfy any person’s needs
