It’s good, not great. We moved from a Roku Ultra to this. It’s faster, and easier OS if you have a lot of apple products. The biggest downfall is it doesn’t currently upscale audio to Dolby Atmos. It’ll stream Atmos for items that are coding in it though. So…good, not great.

Fantastic device, never realized how much more I would get out of a cheap smart tv. Now paired with 2x HomePods for Dolby sounds and love it. Much better than my Dolby Atmos soundbar.

Finally upgrading from a 3rd Gen Apple TV (no 4K no HDR) … if you have a capable TV, it’s a must-have to match with this 4K HDR version of Apple TV. Integration via CRC (I believe) allows the Apple TV remote to control power to TV and a separate Ampliefier, as well as volume. The power button on the remote is a plus for sure, rather than having to hold the TV button and choose to power down.

Easy to setup and use. Can access tv apps to watch anything you can imagine. We have 5 of them.

AMAZING! Purchased the 3rd Generation Apple TV on Sale after Geek Squad Members identified the very likelihood of a substandard Wifi Card in my new Hisense TV. Plugged in and set up this baby and NO MORE picture drag / buffering and the Dolby Vision picture is incredible even on a mid range Hisense TV. Must Buy and I now going to purchase a second one for my new Home Theater! You will not regret your purchase and being a Total Tech Member is an added bonus with free 2 year Total Tech Coverage.

The modest price bump for the premium model is well worth it. You get wired ethernet and thread networking support, which makes the Apple TV an even better home hub for smart devices. As always, the unit is quick to respond, provides a fantastic picture and provides a common look and feel across all of the TVs in my home. It eliminated learning curve for my family.

Wow is all I can say, this Apple TV Box is amazing! You have everything at your fingertips. I was also able to incorporate my Prime and Netflix accounts into this using my iPhone! Not only is the sound quality and picture super clear, but being as small as it is… you can place it anywhere.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. I use Apple TV and Youtube TV, which I downloaded to the box. once you get used to using the remote, it’s very easy to operate this device.

I have had one for years, but the older model is about to dropped from support from netflix. The remote for this unit is easier to use than the overly thin one from the previous model. There is an initial set matchup (optional?) procedure to sync it to the TV set, but it's not difficult.

I would recommend to have hardwire to the internet instead of wifi but you should have no problem using either.
