This is my 1st Apple TV and I'm glad I finally purchased one. I have a LG C9 55" as well as two 1st generation HomePods, so this Apple TV 4K second generation pairs perfectly with my setup allowing me to use my HomePods as a sound-bar with Dolby Atmos support. I'm impressed with the picture quality the Apple TV 4K provides as with the sound the HomePods produces. My only issue is that I ordered an open box-excellent Apple TV 4K and when I received it, it was all scratched up and missing parts and it didn't even work. I took it straight to my local Best Buy and their customer service was awesome and swapped it out with a brand new one. I was in and out within 2 minutes. Best Buy employees have to do better listing and inspecting what passes for open box-excellent because this was not, as this should have been labeled as satisfactory or fair.

Love the new Siri remote! The Apple TV is a great addition to the Apple ecosystem. It works seamlessly with all of my other Apple products. Simple and easy to install, quick plug and play. As always, Apple has a winning product with the Apple TV.

This is a huge upgrade over not just the Roku 4K but also the Apple TV HD version (1080). The processor has been improved and it’s much snappier, smoother, and responsive. I had $60 in rewards, and was able to exchange the previously purchased Roku Express 4K, so it only cost me about $80 after getting the TotalTech sale price. I’m definitely happy. Looks great on my Samsung QLED 50”. Thanks to BestBuy N Canton store for the excellent customer service, as well. *Note: The remote case pictured is off Amazon, and a must-have, as the remote is quite slippery.

It’s okay upgrade over 1st gen. I picked up 3rd gen after this and that one is much better. This model seemed to be just as slow as one I had before. Get 3rd gen instead of this model.

The Apple 4K is everything I expected and then some!!! Here is some of the key features: DOLBY ATMOS 4K HDR Picture quality on every show!!!! Any apple product will work with Apple TV!!!! Air pods work with your appletv to enjoy your experience in an intimate setting!!!!

SO easy to set up. Flawless connection straight out the box. Have had no glitches or lag with streaming compared to our very old apple tv we've upgraded from. Love the voice activated remote as our our older model didn't have that option. Makes it easy to search quickly. Also the touch pad option in the center makes scrolling through selections super easy. Love the ease & reliability of this product so far. Apple makes connecting things seamless. Really glad we decided to purchase this. We've really been enjoying it!

I love it! It is so easy to use and my kid loves it as well.

Apple TV is just my go to for years now. 4K works beautifully, setup is so easy through iCloud and phone.

We love our new Apple TV devise. Hooking this up to our new TV has allowed us to connect our YouTube TV to it. We use to have to use three different remote controls to operate our TV. With this Apple TV, we now only have to use one; the Apple TV remote.

Great value and smoothest show/TV channel system in my opinion

You really can’t beat Apple TV. I’ve had just about all the other streaming platforms and Apple TV is the easiest to use. The remote is fantastic and uses the lighting cord to charge it. It holds a charge for a very long time. I still have not had to charge the remote. The Home Screen is very simplistic, what you’d expect from Apple. My favorite feature is being able to talk into the remote to search for an app/open an app/play music/etc. display is fantastic. I have a 4K 120 refresh rate Samsung TV and it comes out great. I ended up purchasing another for my parents in law. They had about 6 remotes juggling between them to turn on Netflix, this was a nice upgrade for them!!

Love the Apple TV 4K 32GB. Very easy setup and picture quality is AMAZING. It really shows off our before and after photos perfectly! We paired it with Ditto to promote our services and monthly promotions to our patients.

Great streaming device for all apps like netflix, Hbo, hulu etc. streaming quality is the best using advantage of 4k. Also can be used to play some supported games on the tv. I like that it works good with the whole apple ecosystem. The apple tv can be used as a home hub and you can control lights and other appliances even when you’re not at home. You can also use airpods or apple headphones if you want to be the only one listening to your tv shows/movies/music. The control could use some improvements but overall its great. It does not come with an HDMI cable included so make sure to get one.

i like the remote new face and the shape and the apple tv itself is the same of previous model all i want is the remote new looks.

I like the new remote, hated 1st gen track pad remote.Like the the 1st gen 4k apple tv it works well but issue with some apps when HDMI set at 4K you only get a portion of the screen on the youtube app, you have to set the HDMI to 1080p, the Peacock app there are no ffwd or rew. options.The match content option doesn't work on all apps.Its best to set at 1080p anyway for best detailed pix but match content setting is the biggest problem.Yes i have talked to apple.

I have one in every room in the house, they are very simple to use and blow any smart tv operating system away.

I’m happy with my Apple 4k 2021 I’m a little disappointed that apple waited this long to have a future proof device and the Remote control feels very premium
