Bad open box experience

The box was all crunched and the remote was dinged and scuffed. I honestly think someone bought one to replace their messed up remote because I don’t even think the actual Apple TV had been used. Shouldn’t have been “excellent” but so it goes, returned it and bought a new one.

Ok for som apps but not for plex and others

This does not happen on the roku at all. I thought this being more powerful would be goid but it is really not user friendly when compared to the competition.

Poor return policy

The return period of course ended 5 days ago. Pretty poor commitment to customers.

Awful Apple

None of my other media has this problem, only through this device do I experience the latency. Device is gone, and so is the problem.

As I also mentioned in another review…Apple TV programs are not worth it! The only positive that I can say about it is how it organizes my favorite Apps together along with my other Apple purchases. There isn’t an Apple product that they have created that I don’t have…my brother says I drank the Kool-Aid? But this one is not worth the “Name” price.

Great Streaming Device

I have two previous versions of the Apple TV and this one is a lot faster and the Dolby Vision gives a much better picture then the previous Apple TV that I had on this tv before. The remote is nice now that can control the power of the tv from it and the rest of it is stream lined. I would highly recommend this device to anyone.
