This new one has a few upgraded features as well as a new remote with easier control, better button placement and tactile feel. I like the contrast of the remote better, too--black buttons against a chrome body. Been using it for many months and the button marks show no sign of wearing off. Of course, the best functionality of the ATV is streaming and the quality will depend on your internet service more than anything.

I've used every iteration of Apple TV and this version of the Apple TV 4K works just like the last one, but with a better remote. Best one yet! (Although if you already have an Apple TV 4K you like, you may want to consider just upgrading the remote rather than buying a whole new unit.)

My favorite thing is that I can calibrate the picture with my iPhone to look similar to my iPhone! And that’s a big deal. Apple’s color correction is a lot more natural than Samsung’s hyped up color settings

Not surprised that I’m not surprised how good this little module actually works! Remote is simple, yet easy to use with only a few buttons. It has a really small trackpad that make searching very fast. Recommend this for bro g able to obtain HI-RES audio and ATMOS on Apple Music streaming service. Next I’ll try Apple TV + for video streaming - free trials of both are included with the Apple TV module!
