The new Apple remote is much bigger now. Definitely an improvement. It is also great that Apple did not increase the price.

As with all Apple products this just works. There's much easier control with the new remote. I really have no complaints. This is my second Apple TV.

It’s able to work with pretty much all streaming services and works really well with my new Sony TV.

First time ever owning an Apple 4kTV. Since they recently upgraded I decided to take the plunge. It was well worth it.

Overall, excellent upgrade from my older Gen1 ATV. The hardware is undeniably faster which makes overall experience smooth and snappy. Video quality is top notch and audio support for Atmos NF is a huge plus. I am deducting one star because of the remote. Yes, it is improved from the previous version, but the navigation swipe interface is too sensitive and imprecise. I often times have swipe past what I wish to select and have to back track. That part isn't as bad as when in an app where scrubbing is needed. Scrubbing feels glitchy and I find myself zooming past where I want to be and spend more time trying to move back and forth to the position I want. One other point, some popular apps (i.e. HBO MAX) doesn't support Apple scrubbing at all, which makes using those apps extremely frustrating when trying to FF or RW. Overall, I think the issues can be fixed, but until then there are some glitches you have to deal with.
