Absolutely love the Apple TV. Works way better than Comcast On demand and you get to watch the movies across your devices.

Works perfectly and image quality is amazing. Very easy to download apps and having all your iTunes movies in 4k is great

If you've made the 4K jump then definitely worth the upgrade (IMHO) from the previous generation.

I upgraded from a 1st generation Apple TV and love the new one even better. My son got the hand me down.

Being the most expensive among streaming devices, it should be a better product. Compared with Amazon's Fire TV 4K, at $39 at Bestbuy, the Apple TV 4K only has marginally better interface (being Apple centric) with a sub-par 4k HDR performance. It does not upscale non HDR content (i.e., Netflix content) whereas Fire TV 4K does. The Siri remote is fuzzy, e.g., the touch navigation pad is not precise and tactile enough to be accurate. The Fire TV remote is much more intuitive and tactile. At this price, the HDMI audio should have been separated from the video, i.e., via 2 HDMI output ports like many high end 4K Blueray players have. I am a big Apple fan but this one along with the HomePod and Magic Mouse are big disappointments.

I love the AppleTV integration with my not-smart TV. Plug and play. But I hate the touch pad on the remote. The slightest pressure or accidental brush makes random menus appear that can be maddeningly difficult to dismiss, or it exits the program you are watching altogether. At other times, I swipe left or right or upper down seems to have no effect at all. What an annoyance. After 5 weeks I’m Still not used to it. If possible the remote is even more slippery than the silver version from older AppleTV models. Forever getting lost in the couch cushions or your clothing or falling on the floor and because it’s black you can never find it. But The Siri function on the remote is pretty good. otherwise this generation AppelTV is a good product.

Love Apple products. I’m moderately tech savvy and Apple TV is easy to use. The only bugs are the remote which could be more user friendly. Very touch sensitive. I am regularly accidentally doing something I didn’t mean to do.

This was very easy to set up and like that I can project pictures and video from my phone to the TV to share with my family.

I bought this Apple TV in the picture quality was so bad it was like 1080 P instead of 4K I’m going to return it and see if they can help me with that I have another one then it’s pretty good the image in the sound I would really recommend this product down the downside is this one came messed up with some issues with the picture otherwise I Instagram product is excellent you should buy it definitely

LOVE IT - but the remote is SUPER SENSITIVE - I mean when I just reach to pick it up I end up changing something so that's a bit frustrating which is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars but other than that I think its great, easy to use, user friendly - love it :)

We had an original Apple TV for several years. With the stay at home order, we tried to subscribe to one of the new TV services. Alas, the Apple TV is not compatible. So I ordered the new 4K Apple TV. Now I have 4K streaming and Apple TV+ on my 4K TV. The rendering from the unit to the TV was crisp and the color was dead on. Setting up this new unit was a breeze from the iPhone. Wish the price were lower but that is the Apple premium.

This is not our first Apple TV. The first has been a fixture in our bedroom and the family has spent many a night cuddling with a movie and popcorn. The boys are now too big even for the king size bed and a nice new comfy couch means we took TV time to the family room. Our older Apple TV is not the 4K and I didn't think I see a big difference... WRONG. If you're gonna she'll out the money, go for the 4K, you won't regret.

I’m in love with the Apple TV and it is totally worth it. It’s better than most the streaming box products out there since it is one of Apple’s products that isn’t over simplistic or way too complex with fifteen hundred control points. I have iTunes plus it has most apps Youtube TV, video games apps, shares my photos and Aircast is great to show my phone on it as well and I can also connect my Bluetooth headphones to it so i can watch with my infant or while my spouse is asleep.

I really like the video quality. I used to stream with my Xbox now I use this. The remote is really easy to use also.

Apple TV still giving amazing streaming services, very easy to use and now you can play video games in 4K.

Some people will say you don’t need Apple TV with the new smart TVs. And that may be true. But I LOVE my Apple TV box. I find it has a stronger signal for the internet and therefore apps load much quicker than on the Smart TVs especially older Smart TVs. I love the choice of apps including so many podcasts plus it finds my FYC screening apps so that’s a plus for me. In addition, it’s a user friendly interface. Most new Smart TVs come with airplay and casting to the screen but Apple TV seems to stay connected vs my new Samsung TV. If you are a Mac user, Apple is seamless. But if you don’t want to pay Rx tea because the newer smart TVs include casting and quite a few apps, then this may be overkill. The last thing I’d say is I live the screensaver. Apple takes you all over the world, under the sea and from space with drone photography over cities like London, Hong Kong, San Francisco and New York and from Space over Japan, Russia, Sahara Desert, swimming with dolphins, jellyfish and so much more. I love it. I could just watch that and it calms me, like a meditation. That’s a bonus! I hope they keep adding more cities and more places. Makes me remember where I’ve traveled and where I want to go back to as well as new places and really puts the world in perspective. So I must say that I bought this in August. But then my tv broke down in early December and I had to buy a new one. I wonder if I would have bought the Apple TV after buying a mew Smart tv but I’m glad I have it and enjoy it alongside the Smart TV.

Bought this device to establish a hub for Apple Homekit in my house. I have several home monitoring devices, i.e., locks, thermostat, cameras, and this allows both in house phone access and management of those devices that are Apple Homekit compatible. It also supports remote access to my home when I am away. Plus the Apple TV4K allows streaming of Netflix, Prime, HBO and other services. All of these capabilities are handled by an easy to use Apple interface.

Picture quality, sound, and navigation are great. If it could be just a little less expensive it would be perfect.
