Another quality product from Apple. This tiny box has an amazing amount of content that you can stream. Music, movies, and even games are all available via this box. The remote, while a little on the small side, is very well built. The setup was fast and easy and required very little work. I would recommend the Apple TV to anyone looking for a quality entertainment option.

So a couple years ago I bought the Apple TV and let me tell you it sucked! Even the screen mirror had a lot of issues. I had immediately returned it. It was till this current generation where I realized at a friends house that they really step up there game! I was impressed enough to try this product again and I’m very happy with it now. I don’t have any of the issues I had before everything works flawlessly like it should have.

Great for streaming TV shows, movies from my library, and music. Picture quality is outstanding!

I have had an Apple TV unit since they first came out. This is the most recent incarnation of the product and has all the most current features. Apps work extremely well - Netflix, Prime, Pandora, etc. Very easy to set up and use. The amount of 4K movies/shows are very limited at this time and if you buy or rent from ITunes they are pretty pricey. I am still wondering if I can tell the difference between HD and 4K. Maybe on some specific scenes, but when I am watching a movie, I kind of get caught up in the story rather than how detailed the images are. Like all Apple products this one is pricier than other units on the market that perform streaming services. In fact, if you have a smart TV, you probably don't need this product at all UNLESS you want to stream content directly from your home computer to your TV.

Picture and sound output are great. Love how it works with my phone and ipad and is so easy to use.

I own an Amazon Fire TV and a Roku but decided to give the Apple TV a try. I really like it a lot (in spite of the remote but I just added the Apple TV App to my iPhone) and it pulls in the Dolby Vision on my TV so that's an added bonus. I have no complaints but honestly haven't used it ALL that much since my purchase. However when I do, I have experienced no problems. Picture is beautiful and it seems to work flawlessly.

Best way to watch television. This is a huge upgrade over the earlier versions of Apple TV. I have bought several others since my original purchase. The ability to control this with your iPhone is my favorite feature. This price is higher than its competitors but I think it is well worth it. Like other Apple products, the life cycle appears to be extremely extremely long.

You get what you pay for, quality hardware that you expect from Apple. Everything works as it should. I have had an Apple TV for some time now and I use it as a hub for all of my TV content. Apps like Netflix work way better than on my smart TV, there is no lag and everything is much smoother. You can also play a few games on the Apple TV, but it is better left a real gaming platform like a PlayStation or PC.

I had the base Apple TV model and decided to get another one for a second TV in the house. I bought the 4K model. To the untrained eye, it is hard to notice a real difference but I believe there is a difference for sure. Easy to use, easy to set-up, and easy to access purchase movies. Naturally it is a set top type product so does not hide as well as other products available. Still my preferred choice.

Ok, I'll confess, I haven't updated my Apple TV since Gen 1. That platform was stable (albeit limited... no apps) and never crashed. The remote was easy to use and it worked all the time. The good: This new one is GREAT because it's 4K... the resolution is amazing! There are loads of optional apps to download. Voice command on the remote for passwords and logins actually works really well. Oh, and the screensaver city scapes are gorgeous. The meh: The touch pad is extremely sensitive and I haven't gotten used to it. I'm hoping over time it'll get easier. Netflix and Hulu crash way more often than the Gen 1 (which was never)... I'm estimating about 2-3 times per week where it just boots you out of the app altogether.

Easy setup. Started with 2nd generation and see the huge difference on this 4K. Fast and reliable.
