Absolutely an amazing product! Buying this product has total changed the way I watch TV! Easily connected to my Apple mini pods for an incredible surround sounds both of which I picked up from my local best buy. I recommend this product and Best Buy for the best deals on these wonderful devices.

Great device for older “smart” tvs. Our Fire TV was getting slower and slower to navigate. This Apple TV has been amazing. If you have an iPhone, it’s even better since you can do some setup on the phone and even use your phone as a TV remote.

No issues so far and we’re liking it. Easy to use and easy to browse.

If youre on the fence—READ THIS: I am beyond satisfied with this product. Like most new modern electronics, and especially those from Apple, you don’t need this upgraded 4K model if you have the 1st 4K or updated model that was released about a year or so ago with the updated all metal remote. This is my 4th Apple TV and I’ve been using them since the 2nd generation came out with the then new and state of the art 1080p model around a decade ago. The software experience is TOP NOTCH, fast and responsive, and LEAGUES ahead of ALL similar competitive products like those from Google, Roku, etc. If you’re already in the Apple Hardware/Software ecosystem, everything can talk to this thing, too, as well as a number of homes security and “internet of things” type devices. For example, if you have a Mac you can directly connect content libraries to your Apple TV 4K, or use your iPhone or Apple Watch as a remote. Got AirPods? Well, you can watch content from any provider on your APs to keep from having the sound play over the speakers. Got some original HomePods or HomePod Minis? You can pair them to this bad boy and literally for just as little as $100 a pop, deck out your room with a low cost and high quality wireless surround sound experience that’s top notch, and works with ALL content streamed or played on the AppleTV 4K. Although there are a number of competitors offering much more affordable options, the experience, build quality, as well as built-in future proofing storage options and internal networking hardware that takes advantage of the latest high-speed WiFi networks, you get a superior product, experience, and access to the most premium smart TV/streaming set top experience on the market, and as only Apple could make. If you’re already a MacOS/iPadOS/iOS/watchOS user, you’ll love the new Apple TV4K and will be wondering how you didn’t buy one years ago!

I'm happy with it, as a departure from a series of Roku devices. I'm most happy about the lack of advertisements and paying extra for a device designed for media delivery and not scraping data to sell to advertisers. I've disconnected the TV internet connection and use only this now. My children miss the remote of the Roku. Apple made the remote a little too Apple-y and not conventional enough to pickup right away. That said, we've got plenty of Apple products and I'm sure they will all get used to it soon enough.

Great for any shortcut to improve smart capabilities on most electronics. Highly recommend for use on projectors or older model Tvs. Fast efficient and easy to use. Designed nice and the remote is top tier. Plug in play also adds more capabilities when using iphone ipad or mac

I put off buying this for a long time. My LG television has similar features, and I thought it would just duplicate what I had. It does, but it’s much easier to use and has a better selection of apps. One I particularly like is VidAngel which allows me to filter out any “objectional” material from programs.

If you aren’t using an Apple TV you’re missing out. This device is lightning quick and works so well in the apple ecosystem by being blessed to display and control smart home devices and cameras and utilizing your phone as a remote as well as an AirPlay device for whole home audio.

Apple TV is simple to install and provides access to all the key apps for streaming. Really appreciate the ability to search all platforms in one place. Best Buy Team had the order ready early and make check out process efficient.

I love Apple TVs. I’ve owned firesticks, Rokus, and Apple TVs. Far and away better speed and ease of use experience.

Apple does 4K video and audio perfect. Love how you can watch many newer movies and shows in 4K. Also upgrades regular / older movies to 1080P. So easy to use, and ALL of my streaming is thru Apple, who I TRUST with my subscriptions, vs. having 5 separate services having my info and Credit Card. I only have to pay apple (1 company vs 5).

I previously was using a Roku Ultimate purchased in 2020. With the switch to the Apple TV, the quality of the picture and speed of the streaming was definitely improved. Very easy install, setup and use.

Apple dominates the Smart TV Streaming segment. I’ve used both 4k options from Roku and Google TV. They get the job done and at a far better price, don’t get me wrong. However, if you want the most pleasant experience with the most seamless transitions between screens and fast loading times, an Apple TV should be your go to choice. Your kids probably already have an iPhone too. So they’ll enjoy air play.

This Apple 4K model is excellent - so much so I am about to purchase a second one for my mother. Easy to use and setup, she'll love it!! :-)

If you are not familiar with the Apple TV perhaps you have lived in a cave for past ten years -- haha. I do live inside the 'walled garden' of Apple products and the Apple TV does work as advertised within the Apple ecosystem of devices. Does what it is supposed to do. It simply works and never had an issue. Set-up is easy, even easier if you are an iPhone user. This latest version has a MUCH improved remote but still is kinda fussy on the touchpad which is annoying. If you have a universal remote I do recommend programming it to the Apple TV. No idea why they offer multiple storage options--not sure what would be storing?? I often gift this to people I know moving to a new house or who somehow never had a dedicated streaming device before. Keep in mind the 4K functionality is Streaming content only, broadcast TV like from YouTube TV or DirecTV is still broadcast in 1080. Definitely recommend if you are an iPhone / Apple user. I cannot speak to experience if are an Android user -- am guessing be fine, some the Air Play and Face Time functionality may not apply?? I dunno, haven't used Android in 15-ish years. Is awesome, buy it.

We moved and couldn't find out 2nd gen Apple TV, which was a great excuse to upgrade to the latest model! Easy to set up, easy to use - my only complaint is that the remote is so small and sensitive that it's hard for my husband's arthritic fingers.

I love Apple television. We have four televisions and we have four apples. It gives us what we want. It’s easy to use and it’s a no brainerThey just keep getting better and better. recommended to Nora‘s friends and they have always been extremely happy.
