Purchased open box, and had minor markings on it. But doesnt matter since it is hidden from view. Works and functions like a new unit. As for operation, this is extremely snappy conpared to the previous generations. It supports dolby vision which is also a huge plus in picture quality. Highly recommended.

Went from a Firestick to this AppleTV. So much smoother and faster. The interface isnt a bumch of adds and has so kuch less bloatware. If yohr apple user this s must as it is so seemless. But even if your not, this comes with their boinic chip so it doesnt start to bog doeand get slow over time because it is badicslly a mini computer.

Worked superbly great after the easy setup. Software updates from Apple have made this a must purchase if you are in need of a streaming device that provides a great picture and Dolby Atmos.

If you want the best streaming device this is it. Super easy to set up and you get all the better video and audio formats.

High quality streaming device. If you’re already “hooked” on Apple devices (iPhone, MAC, etc.), this is definitely the way to go. Hi quality images, familiar user interface are probably the two biggest reasons to use Apple TV. Sure, it’s a little more pricy, but you get what you pay for.

It works...its fine. Storage is not needed if you are streaming so why pay for storage. I wish it was blue-tooth or a USB Stick vs corded. Its harder to hide on the mantle

this is my 5th Apple TV, and while you can get Roku or Fire-Stick streaming devices for much less, one good thing about the Apple is a lot less commercials and a more professional user experience. I just wish you could buy a TV with the Apple TV OS installed as the smart feature.

Faster, smoother, and looks better. Not much else changed. Cheaper too.

I could say the Apple TV is the best , after using it . It’s fast unlike other streaming devices loading is good .

Nothing beats using all your apps through Apple TV. Ive added it on all my tvs and they all work like one large ecosystem!

My fourth Apple TV. Great devise, easy to use specially if you live in the Apple environment. Great video quality. Never had connection issues, great for the price and privacy on Apple devices are the most important.

Apple has provided me with the answer to cable tv. Fiber optic internet along with an ASUS router purchased at Best Buy sealed the deal. Sweet is the best description I can give summing up this purchase.

Best streaming device. Easy to use, intuitive, reliable, and fast.

The Apple TV is still going strong as is the usual case with Apple products. If I need support I'll utilize my apple care. I don't expect anything will happen however.

What can you say that you already don’t know. It’s an Apple product that works smoothly. I love the newer remote but sometimes when pressing the middle button, you might accidentally hit an over function.
