Having used several types of streaming devices in the past, including older model Apple TV 4Ks, I decided to try the latest version. Our HOA switched to Spectrum, so we had to replace our Amazon Firesticks as there is no Spectrum TV App for them. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the Apple TV 4K is to set up and use. Also, being in the Apple eco system, I found the user interface easy and well designed. Great product which I highly recommend.

Easy to use, seamless setup coming from a previous Apple TV device. This version is so much faster and better than the previous version of the Apple TV. It is slightly smaller physically but still fit in the wall mount that I had for the older one. The remote is much easier to use and not as thin. The remote also can be located by your iPhone and it will locate the remote in times of misplacing it. The remote feels so much sturdier than the older remote with the touch pad at the top. This touchpad is more sensitive and really easy to use and for more precision navigation, the 4 points on the remote touchpad work really well. Overall really satisfied with this apple TV product.

I love my previous Apple TV’s, but not this one. Maybe this one is a dud. I thought it was the remote control being extremely delayed, but I paired my TV’s remote to the Apple TV, and it did the same thing. I’m taking it back to get a new one.

After horrible customer service from Roku I recently upgraded to the Apple TV 4K, and I’m beyond impressed with its performance! I replaced all 6 Rokus in my house with these. This is by far the best streaming box. Like most Apple products it's more pricey but it's also fits in nicely as part of the Apple infrastructure. It sets up easy, the interface is simple and the entire product like everything Apple is simple and elegant. It can even "moonlight" as a game console! As the late Steve Jobs said, it just works. Indeed, in his biography this was one of his last visions, he said "(he) finally cracked (Apple TV)" and everyone else followed his lead. Issues that won't cost it a star but should be called out: the biggest one by far being that it doesn't play nice with certain soundbars, but rather only the HomePod. While you can pair it up using bluetooth and it's easy enough, it has to be done every time you turn it on. (The included remote will control the volume once you do this, to be fair). Also being able to use an alphanumeric keyboard in certain apps (i.e, Xfinity, DirecTV) would be nice. Last, the remote scrollpad is very good but takes time to get used to with respect to rewinding live TV and such. At least to me. All that, said, don't let any of that stop you from getting this. As I said, there are configurations of sound equipment that will allow you to control the sound through the unit without bluetooth (mostly if the sound system matches your TV) and you can get tips all over the Internets. Again: it just works.

Apple TV is revoloutionary. 10/10 device. It is better than any standard smart TV interface and better than any other streaming device. It comes ad-free, unlike the other devices, and it is super snappy and has little to no lag. Even the screensaver is enjoyable to watch. I chose Snoopy. I highly reccomend this to anyone that needs a streaming device for their TV. It is the best on the market and for its value, it is amazing.

I previously was using a Roku Ultimate purchased in 2020. With the switch to the Apple TV, the quality of the picture and speed of the streaming was definitely improved. Very easy install, setup and use.

Easy review. Apple stuff just works. You unbox it and plug in the power cable/hdmi cable and then bring your Apple phone near the box and it does the rest. Intuitive and easy to use. The remote has that solid Apple quality feel and works very well. Plus it has voice control and a bunch of features that are not on any other device. Apple stuff is more expensive, but the quality, features, and eco system are worth the money.
