This has complete my entertainment setup. And with iOS 11.2 with its dynamic range and framerate matching, it’s become the perfect companion for my OLED TV. The picture is spectacular and the interface intuitive. The content is abundant and the connections simple. Get it. Get it now.

This product is expensive considering many cheap DVD players give you the same ability to view many of these Apps. However, the picture is amazing and with all Apple products very intuitive. The downside is you don't get updates to continually improve the product so with advancements you have to buy the product again. What is really disappointing is that you cannot download APPs that are direct competitors to Apple. I have an amazon prime account with movies I have purchased but unless I mirror one of my other apple products I cannot use this site. Apple should allow me to download whatever App I want, I paid for the dang device.

I love this Apple TV!! I recently upgraded from a second generation Apple TV because I was looking for something with a broader app selection and the 4K HD picture was really appealing as well. I connected mine to a Samsung 4K HDTV and the picture is great!

I believe this is the best way to watch TV today. Simple, integrated with all your Apple services and devices. Takes advantage of 4K and fiber internet speeds. With iCloud, all the apps and how they are organized are synced with any other Apple TV devices.

It was very easy to hook up get the app on your phone makes it easier. Quality is very good no problem streaming 4K movies also makes everything else look good. Loved that all the movies I️ previously bought HD automatically upgraded to 4K.

Very good picture, fast, and easy to use along with very easy setup. Also works great with HomePod

We purchased a Sony X850G 85" 4K TV in 2020. The picture is magnificent, but the software is very buggy - it might be the "dumbest" smart TV out there. Specifically, about every 20-30 days the software would lock out all of our application data, requiring a complete factory reset of the TV. This became a tedious task, requiring 30-45 minutes each time to reenter application log in data for things like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Enter Apple TV. We had the previous model for probably 10 years, and used it very seldom. I always thought it was sort of a device looking for a job because we could stream through our Playstation, and streaming really wasn't a big thing until 2-3 years ago. With the TV issues it suddenly made sense - a little digital hub with nice, safe, stable Apple firmware that could manage all our iTunes digital content, but also give us access to all our streaming apps. We decided to give it a shot, and upgraded to the 4K version to take full advantage of our TV's capability. Great move - the device is a major upgrade from the previous version. Apple-simple to use, Apple-reliable to use. Works every time. Streams beautiful 4K content from every app you can think of without all the clutter of a smart TV interface. Load up what you need, and only what you need. We've had it for 30 days and thus far, it's performed flawlessly. Another great piece of Apple hardware that was ahead of its time by 10 years - Apple TV is now the perfect digital entertainment hub for home.

I really like the Apple TV for the most part and would give the additional star but I hate the remote! I really do not care for the trackpad type remote at all! No back button either. Just not easy to use. The picture quality is great though! I am coming from a Firetv but they no longer sell the Firetv that allowed you to add addition storage and I have the Firestick on all my other TVs. Since Firetv/Firestick do not yet have the HBO Max app offered, I got the Apple TV. I will say the Apple TV is much faster than my older model Firetv and way better picture quality. I find myself using the Apple TV over the Firestick since I can still watch my purchased movies from Amazon on the Prime Video App. If I could get a different remote, I’d be truly happy with it.

I possess other apple products but not an Apple TV. The Apple TV is easy to use and complements the other Apple devices well. The Apple TV remote was less than optimal. I found it easier to add the Apple TV remote to my phone and use it. The Apple TV remote requires charging and seemed to have significant delays. The Apple TV allowed streaming of the spectrum tv app without the cable box.

I have owned a few AppleTV’s and Roku Ultra’s. The picture quality and speed of the 4K is amazing. I have a good 4K TV and you notice the difference. The only complaint is the AppleTV remote. I have a Harmony Hub and think I need to get a Harmony remote now also. The ATV 4K is now my primary brain for the living room. Alexa and the Harmony turn it, TV and surround on/off. The Apple remote could be better for navigating as a tv remote.

Before I got this I had to switch between and Xbox, the TV and a Fire stick. With this all my apps are in one place. The remote is a little sensitive but easy to get used to. Bottom line if you are willing to pay the extra, this is simply the best streamer out there for sound and image quality, and I have tried them all. Especially love the 4K.

Apple products are typically high quality and this one is no exception. Fluid UI, incredible video quality, and easy installation with modern televisions. Apple TV games look and run fantastic as well.

I have recently updated my old Apple TV for this Updated 4k Product. Since I had the Old Apple TV, I just removed the two wires from the old one and switched it out for this New Baby. I love how it initializes the Itunes speed and the crisp pictures of the Screen Saver. All in 4K. The new remote is a ittle hard to get used to but after the second day it was a Breeze Great Product from Apple!

Out of all of the Apple TVs, this is the fastest and most responsive. The remote is not as sensitive, which is a good thing. The device is fast and responsive. The 4k is on point and HDR is vibrant.

This is my first experience with appleTV and love it. It's easy to set up/install, easy to navigate and the picture that comes through is fantastic. I would highly recommend it!

The Apple Tv is very easy to use and setup if you are already familiar with Apple products. It's very similar to the iPhone and iPad set up. The 4K version is very easy to use and very fast but I do recommend that you get a cover for the remote as it is very very very sensitive and fragile. You can utilize all your apps weather on your phone your tablet or your iPod great for Netflix and Hulu also.

I had an Apple TV 2nd gen and really missed it. I invested in the 3 inexpensive alternatives but nothing compared to Apple’s tvOS. For me, it is easier and more convenient with the apps I use to stream. Netflix, Disney+, Crunchyroll, Vudu, most cable tv networks. The 4K works flawlessly with my tv. Dolby vision recognizes immediately going through the Apple TV setup. I get zero lag time switching from app to home screen, then to another app. WiFi connection and loading/buffering is much faster than my other streaming devices in the house. I enjoy not having to use AirPlay on my iPhone for playing Apple Music to my receiver since Apple Music is on the Apple TV. My only thing I am not a big fan of is the touch remote and prefer a directional pad like my old Apple TV remote. I am currently using my tv remote. I will be looking for the old style Apple TV remote. I did not need the 64GB model. I purchased it due to the 32GB being sold out at the 3 Best Buy’s in my area. $20 difference. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I highly recommend to anyone having at least one iPhone in the household. Typing user names and passwords is a pain for any streaming device. The integration between iPhone and the Apple TV makes it a breeze.

This edition of appletv is an awesome step forward compared to previous ones when it comes to looks, picture quality, size, speed and functionality. Very happy with it.

The only difference from the previous model is the 4k option and the lack of usb-c port. It is much more smooth and refined when it comes to the interface.

I upgraded my Apple TV to the 4K, running it through a Samsung Q80R soundbar, with new 8k 2.1 hdmi cable. Great picture, sound and as with anything Apple, ease of use. Went into settings and maximized all audio/video options. Great 4K, 5.1 and Atmos sound. Apple costs more, but wouldn’t have any stick or anything else!
