I bought the Apple TV because my high definition television was not a smart TV. Basically we wanted to watch Netflix and Apple TV does the job quite nicely.

This links to all of our Apple products effortlessly. I can watch anything I want on my tv now. You can even access your iCloud videos and pictures to show off!!

Typical Apple - works great, packed with features, fantastic packaging. Other than beta software issues, I've never bought an Apple product that I didn't like.

I can stream all my iTunes music and movies right to the tv. I can even stream videos from my phone and iPad. This is one of the best purchases I have made.

This is a great cheaper alternative to getting a smart tv at least for Apple users. It is easy to operate and I like the function of mirroring my phone pics.

Connects in a couple of minutes and you can stream everything on your iphone 6 including facebook. Awesome design and it has optical cable option for perfect sound

I bought this to stream my milb app -- I love it! The only downside is when I get a phone call & it disconnects. I like that it's small & easy to place anywhere.

If you have an iPhone or iPad the apple tv is a must have! It is so nice to be apple to stream media from my phone to the tv. Works awesome with netflix as well.

This was by far one of my best purchases from Apple. It's so convenient with Netflix and Hulu. Highly recommend this to anyone who uses those two apps frequently.

Apple TV, Roku & Amazon Fire are a top of the class when it comes to streaming media players. I prefer Apple TV over the rest due to it's content. The only thing you can't run on it is Amazon Instant Video. On the flip side, Roku & Amazon Fire cannot run iTunes. They all run Netflix. However, Apple TV can run the most apps. For example, I can even run UFC PPV events off the UFC app & pay for it via iTunes (which is an advantage since iTunes cards are often discounted 20%). All 3 of the above mentioned media players are very good but IMO, Apple is the best of the 3 by a short margin.

Great product especially if you buy a good bit of Apples digital movies and TV shows. Any type of movie app from Apple works very well with this. Great device.

This device is a welcome addition to any collection. It allows you to mirror your iPhone or iPad to your tv with AirPlay in addition to all the movie/cable apps.

The Apple TV is easy to setup and use. Apple gives an option to use voice over for people who have low vision. I have had no problems finding programs and movies.

The Apple TV is very easy to use, even for someone who is not very tech savvy! Makes it easy to access Netflix, etc. Additionally, it does not take up much room.
