I bought this mainly for my iphone and MacBook to use AirPlay. It works perfectly. I bought Google chromcast first and had to return for this.

It's a great way to make a non internet TV able to get content through the internet. We bring it with us on vacations to catch up on shows.

I definitely enjoy the capabilities of the Apple TV, but looking forward to seeing a substantial update that shows what Apple can do. Not much has been changed in years. With that said, it's still one of the best on the market.

Our AppleTV works great in our conference room for broadcasting media and other data for presentations. The only gripe I have is the closed nature of the Apple ecosystem. Wish it would work with devices from other manufacturers.

This Apple TV has provided tons of fun for our teenager. Loves watching the extra shows it adds and playing games from the phone up on the tv.

I do appreciate my new Apple TV. Works well with my HD Sony TV and now I have many more viewing options. The picture is absolute definition.

I am happy with Apple TV, I wish there was a way to search movies or tv shows across all apps but all in all the Apple TV is pretty cool.

Worked out of the box as I needed it to. This was replacing an 2nd gen Apple TV, and I'm glad I did it. The new Youtube app is worth it alone.

The Apple TV allowed me to cut off my cable and stream my Macbook, iPad, and iPhone. This is very helpful with Network Apps (TNT, NickJr, TruTv, etc.). A few hiccups when internet gives you trouble, but great value for the money.

Great item, I can now watch anything I download or play on my iPad right on my tv with AirPlay. A must if you want the full apple experience!

Side note-I have drank the Apple Kool Aid. I have an iMac, iPad and iPhone. All of my media is on my iMac. I use 3 Apple TVs throughout the house as a music source and to view all of my movies. I don't use Blu Ray discs anymore. Apple TV is easy to use, easy to set up. Probably unnecessary if you don't use iTunes for your media or if you already have a smart TV.

Very easy to use, we purchase every weekend movies off iTunes! We love it so much we purchased 3 so the kids would have one in their bedrooms!

We can watch all of the movies that the kids have on their IPads. The system works really well.

I love the apple tv. It makes it very convenient to watch Netflix, as well as my iCloud movies. I also love the AirPlay functionality of it.

Got it primarily for FaceTime, but the more I use it I find more interested things I can do with it

This new Apple TV has given me increased flexibility to move a veritible wealth of things from my iPAD to my HD TV for big screen viewing.

Works great for sharing pictures taken from an iPhone, but if you try to share video from the same source it's barely functional, even with a super-fast network connection. Built-in apps and video purchase from iTunes work fine.

The Apple TV is a great addition to any home entertainment system. It also works great with all the Apple Products and is very simple to use.

even though the new appletv is out, this one still delivers a great experience without paying super high prices for car TV subscription.
