Great little device, easy to set up and an awesome cable replacement. I have access to all my programs and channels with a lot of different apps. I am very happy with this.

Love the Apple TV. Very easy to setup, easy to use. Price was great since it was a refurbished unit backed by Best Buy. I have iPad and iPhone so love inter connectivity

I love this product! It is amazing, the best one on the market! It will do anything and everything. I can control it with my iphone and even have it mirror it on the tv. It is totally worth the money! I recommend it to everyone.

I just wanted my wife to be able to share her iPhone screen in more accessible way, so there isn't much choice for iOS devices. I was glad I could get this previous generation model brand new for much cheaper than the latest as I don't currently need to do more than simply cast my Apple devices to a TV. There's sometimes a lag but I can't rule out the wi-fi router. I'm sure other users would get more value out of the built-in apps like Netflix and Hulu, which I don't. But I was happy to be able to bring up PBS for kids as a surprise. And as usual, Apple products are just darn good-looking :)

We have Comcast cable and internet. We also have 7 televisions in our house and didn't want to pay Comcast monthly to get a reception box for each TV. This is so easy to take to a room and we can access things like Netflix and Showtime as well as about 100 other channels that we like. We have a Roku and it is very similar, but this seems to load a little faster when plugged in and is a little faster to start movies once you pick one out. I also prefer the phone/tablet app that lets you control everything instead of using the included remote, and the app is a little bit nicer/more user friendly than the one Roku has - I like that it turns your device into a touchpad mouse instead of having to scroll around with arrows. Overall very happy with this and use it all the time.

Like most Apple products, this unit was simple to setup and works perfectly. You can't go wrong. One time purchase and access to hundreds of video sources. Highly recommend.

As part of the "cord cutters" (aka people without cable/satellite), this product single handedly changed the way I consume media. I use it for streaming YouTube, Netflix, and through some trickery, Plex media server. I also make use of the AirPlay feature with an iPad, which works great. The ability to seamlessly display content from an iPad/iPhone on the TV is so satisfying and useful. The first caveat is that to really take advantage of it, you need to have cable/satellite... or know someone who does. Without a paid tv subscription there isn't very much content available, especially when it comes to sports. The second caveat is the lack of apps. It uses preset "channels" that are selected by Apple. If there is content that you want to watch and it isn't one of the available channels, then you need an iPad/iPhone to stream it to the TV via AirPlay. Luckily, the new Apple TV will change this and have downloadable apps. Overall, the Apple TV is very good at what it does, but is severely limited in it's abilities if you don't have a cable/satellite login. If you are looking to buy an Apple TV, I would wait and get the new one, due to the addition of an app store.

Live streaming Netflix and having multiple cable channels available for live and onDemand content. Have several thought my house for air play mirroring and sound streaming in multiple rooms. Everyone should have at least 1.

Easiest to use of all hardware devices available and the absolute best HD picture out of all competition. Lack of complications makes this device the one to use and the remote only has three buttons so it is easy to learn.

We love our Apple TV so much, we've purchased a second one to use on another tv. The easy compatibility with our ios devices makes streaming content fun. Set up was easy and our whole family uses Apple TV on a weekly basis.

The product works great!! I live in Mexico, if you are having issues with your smart TV and Service Provider to access Netflix this is the solution. The minute I connected and configure it everything worked great,and so on.

We're an Apple family, but I had never pulled the trigger on an Apple TV. We have 2 smart TVs, and Xbox One, a PS3, and a ChromeCast, so I just didn't see the point in getting yet another box to get me online content on my TV. When Apple dropped the price, I finally decided to give it a shot. What makes the Apple TV stand out (like all Apple products) is the interface. Streamlined, easy to use, nice to look at, and everything just works. I can control it from my iPhone or iPad, I can stream content from my iMac or MacBook Air to the TV, it's pretty great. I'd love to be able to get it to mirror the content on my phone (for browsing the web and stuff), but so far I haven't been able to figure out how to do that. Overall a great purchase that I'm very happy with.

The Apple TV is easy to set up and configure and within minutes you are able to access a world of movies, music and more. The picture and sound are HD and excellent.

Apple TV stands out from the rest. Streams perfectly and is small compact and can be used in all countries. It is more expensive than its competitors but worth every cent.

If you live in the Apple-verse, you shouldn't be without this. Easy setup. Many streaming options. AirPlay. worth every dollar. There are cheaper options, but if you have other Apple products, it extends the viewing options.

The Apple TV has been a great addition to my over the air TV. It works great each and every time it is turned on. The ease of use to get around the differant icons/apps is great. The selection is great for what I am after.

The picture is in HD and beats paying the high price of satellite. Easy to use and the Apple TV is small. I use Hulu and Netflix with it and never run out of things to watch for a quarter of the price of satellite.

My husband and I are currently living with my parents while our house is being built. They have minimal cable channels. With Apple TV, we are able to watch the sports we want, movies and our netflix shows on any tv. It also hooks up to our phones so we can view photos and videos. We are still discovering cool features to use.

I don't know how I survived television without this small and powerful item. The Apple TV has a small footprint so it doesn't clutter the TV area. It has most of the top channels and is easy to use. I rave about it.

Apple TV works great and there are more benefits if you are a Mac and iPhone user. Everything connects easily. Only bad thing is that it should come with a hdmi cable or a way to connect to your TV out of the box.
