I HAD THE EARLIER VERSION OF THE APPLE TV WITH 720 HD AND LOVED IT, SO I GOT THE NEWER GENERATION WITH 1080 HD AND AM NOT DISAPPOINTED. EASY SETUP, COMPACT SO IT WON'T TAKE UP MUCH SPACE. EASY TO ACCESS MEDIA FROM ITUNES THROUGH AIRPLAY. LIMITED INTERNET CHANNELS BUT APPLE HAS EXPANDED IN THE PAST. NO COMPLAINTS HERE THOUGH I ALWAYS WELCOME IMPROVEMENTS.

What a great device to watch numerous shows, programs, videos etc, My husband and I really have enjoyed Apple TV. Easy to use.

Great mac product. Connects with all the other mac devices and makes it simple to flip information to your TV for multiple viewers.

The Apple TV is great, easy installation and configuration. Very easy to use and works well with the rest of the Apple products.

I was impressed with the ease in setup. The features were much better than using the onboard internet connection on my VISO TV.

I have always loved Apple produces so it was a easy choice. I've tried Roku & TiVo, but they were both disappointing. However one thing Roku has over Apple TV is Amazon prime videos. I don't like it but there is not much I can do about it. I do like the fact that I can AirPlay Amazon prime videos from my iPhone or iPad to the Apple TV :) Pros: Easy to use Very easy set up (plug in a HDMI (not included) & the cord - your done!) Has Netflix (Love it!!!) Although you may have to bump up your internet. Has PBS which I use to catch up on Downton Abbey & Sherlock :) Has Hulu Plus ( which also needs a subscription ) Has HBO GO (you must already have HBO to get HBO GO) Game Of Thrones :) Need I say more! I think not :) If you use iTunes ( and who doesn't? ) you have full access to the music, TV shows, & movies you purchased & you can purchase more :) If you use iCloud you have full access to your photos ( you can even do slideshows for you family! ) And so much more! :) Cons: It does have channels I can't use, which is not Apples fault, it's the TV providers fault because they won't link up with apple :/ I have DirecTV & I can't use things like the Disney channel & the watch ABC channel but I really don't mind :) I just love it :)

Easy set-up. Plug in, config wifi and off to races. Very simple to use. More expensive than competitors, but ease of use worth it

I have Apple TV and a Chromecast. Apple TV wins. Way more functionality, picture is beautiful, super easy setup and use. Love it.

As with most Apple products, this is easy to set up and easier to use. Many features such as Netflix and being able to sync with my iMac for music/movies right in your TV, make it great and simple for entertaining.

I love my Apple TV. Another welcomed product to my family of Apple products. It is easy to set up and use just like all Apple products. Watch movies, TV programs, sports, podcasts, view photos from your Apple devices, and so much more. I like how you can set up the main screen to show only the channels you want by hiding the others from view. Airplay is great when I want to watch a video from one of my Apple devices on my television. There are so many incredible features of this tiny little product.

I am loving my Apple TV. It was easy to hook up to my tv. I like being able to show what is on my phone and MacBook pro on my tv.

I absolutely love my Apple TV! Connecting it to the TV was super easy and it's simple to use. It's definitely worth the money.

Works seamlessly with apple products. Easy setup and install. Not as many apps as roku or google tv but this is a solid product.

Converted my regular tv to a smart tv with this unit and it is perfect match to my iPhone and iPad since I can mirror to the tv.

Small, easy setup, simple instructions, even a dummy could use this. The only complaint is it can not sit on top of any other electronic and my electronic area is kinda crowded. But it is a wonderful product and perfect for homeschooling, when I have to share things on the iPad or Mac with everyone and we don't all have to crowd the small screen, they can see it larger on the tv. Yay!

I would recommend this product to anyone. It is easy to set up and works very nicely. It gives you so my movies to view.

Should have bought this several years go. Great selection of apps and very easy to use. The air play is my personal favorite.

Love my apple tv..the remote interface is very quick and on point. Works great and makes my old flat screen tv a smart tv

Apple TV was very easy to setup and works great! I mirror my Iphone to my TV, look at photos and stream movies and shows.

This device was bought as a gift for my daughter after I'd gotten one for streaming from my Mac. It coordinates nicely with her MacBook and IPhone. The ability to sync these devices greatly influenced my choice. It's pretty simple. Plug it into the TV via an HDMI port. Sign in and it's ready for use. There are lots more choices than streaming. She has Netflix, HBO NOW and there are other choices on the main screen that can be purchased or are part of your cable package. I love watching a missed episode and knew with her busy schedule, she would, too. One con is that Amazon Prime has not created an App.
