Works like it should cheap and easy to use works with iPhone and ipad

It's Apple. Of course it's easy to set-up. A simple power wire and HDMI cable and that's it. Onscreen instructions to set up the home network was easy to understand. My only real complaint is about the remote. It has decent range, but the physical size is just too small. Falls into the couch cushions very easily, and it's small enough and shiny enough that small children will play with it and lose it. A simple remedy would be to create an app to control it (ie. DirecTv app) then the need for another remote would be moot, and I could throw the remote in a box with the rest of them...

The fact this product comes in at less than $70 and can turn any HDMI enabled TV into a smart TV just makes it a no brainer, but if you are an apple user... it unlocks the ability to have all your downloaded music, tv shows, and movies right on any screen its attached to. Airplay and screen mirroring are simple.... I think everyone should have this product. Awesome.

Easy to setup and to use with great quality. Another great Apple product.

The current version of AppleTV is loaded with plenty of apps to choose from in order to view TV programs, movies (some free ones too!), sports and music. When it is paired with another AirPlay compatible device (iPhone, iPad, iTouch or Mac) you can easily send your music to the AppleTV and enjoy it! I use mine connected to a whole house music system to enjoy the music everywhere.

This works well for connecting your phone to the tv. You're able to log in to Netflix and other subscription services and watch high def tv.

I went to BestBuy to purchase a HDMI to lightning cable, but they were out of stock. The sales person suggested Apple TV and it works great!! My management staff each have iPads, some new and some older. We needed to show a presentation to large groups of people via a TV monitor. We can connect any of the iPods or our iPhones through the Apple TV...great buy!!!

The Apple TV is a great way to watch newly released movies or shows without having to wait until they come out on DVD or Netflicks. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up and use and the picture is crisp and clear. We use it everyday!

Apple tv works great. I haven't had any complaints. It's small so it doesn't take up much room and it's easily movable from room to room. It goes into standby mode when you're not using it and it automatically starts up and is ready to go when you are.

This devices was super easy to set up. Works wirelessly or with a cable. Any Apple user shold have no trouble setting up. Being eable to stream your content from your device to a connect TV is pretty awesome. That it also comes with a remote is pretty cool.

I love the product easy to use , any one can use it , simple ..I just don't like the remote . Something with more options it would be better ..

This is my third Apple TV. Each one has been very easy to setup and start using. My first Apple TV was a 2nd gen and was for use in a back room of the house that we opted not to cable. Wireless access via the home network to the home office PC for music and movies works well. Using AirPlay to access what I display on my iPad to display to the TV screen in this room is great. The second Apple TV was for a family room that had basic cable. It allows us to access Hulu or NetFlix when surfing for alternatives to cable programs or to catchup with missed tv episodes. The third Apple TV was to upgrade my first Apple TV which was handed over to a family member to show how great and easy to use this small device is. What was an added bonus was being able to use the Remote App on an iPod/iPad to control the Apple TV devices when one of the small remotes is accidentally misplaced.

Easy to setup and operate. Picture is great. Loved it so much got 2 :)

We bought it specifically to get the MLB package and that has worked out great. We worked with the system settings to get the best picture and are pleased with the results. We have Apple computers and purchased our app through ITunes. We have also watched a movie and plan to keep track of other programs not available through cable except for an additional package cost.

Have 2 Apple tv kits. They are great. Great for projecting computer to tv
