Apple TV is the best, hands down.

The kids love it because I can create a playlist on my computer for them, and they have access to it right on the Apple TV. Netflix, Hulu, NFL, and more right at your finger tips. Not to mention, this device complements your iPhone, and iPad as well! Excellent product.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a few issues with set up but it was no problem once I figured out the settings very easy to use love the Netflix and Hulu/Showtime bought the cheapest HD TV antenna from Best Buy get 43 digital channels went back to Fios 75/75 never any buffering at this speed.Have all apple computors so everything is now smooth!

Great Media Player if You Use Apple

Being able to display my phone and computer's screen on my TV is great. Using Netflix and HBO Go are great and streaming music from my phone through my stereo is super easy with the Apple TV. At the new low price, these devices are no-brainers.

Great for Apple Lovers !

We now have four! They're great for streaming Netflix and watching the movies and shows you've bought from iTunes. I love being able to use AirPlay on my iPhone or MacBook and showing my screen right up on the TV monitor.

3rd gen has nice improvements
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use AppleTV for all digital media access delivered to the main home entertainment center, which includes slightly older components that aren't as "smart". I access Netflix, Hulu Plus, YouTube, MLB.tv (where its cheaper to see all games than the DirecTV package) plus any content on my iPhone, MacBook Pro, and Mac Pro through my home network (yes, we are heavy Apple users) All streaming media has been smooth as butter, but that could depend on the speed/reliability of your own network. This new generation box will output 1080p video, and I use the HDMI connection for both audio and video into a receiver for a/v switching. Setup was simple and fast. I don't really use the little silver remote that came with it as the iPhone has a nice app for that.

Great piece of kit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Apple TV primarily as Verizon don't show all the Premier League games at the same time and to see your game of choice you need to go through the app. I connected the Apple TV on followed the on screen instructions, I was watching TV via one of the preloaded apps in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended!

One of my best purchases

Its very easy to use and setup and well worth the price I paid, which it was on sale. Airplay works great, most of the time.....it will lose signal sometimes not very often...that could be due to my older router that I am using.

The set up takes some getting used to as I switched over from a Roku. The other issue I have is trying to connect my iPad to the device, but in truth I haven't fiddled around with connecting the two very much. The system is easy and friendly to use. I recommend buying an Apple TV

The latest 1080's have a wonderful picture, with great clarity. They turn on quickly and you're off - watching the newest movie or logging into your favorite app! Love it!
