I am able to watch channels online on my big screen tv and I don't have to buy a smart TV anymore. I especially like streaming netflix and being able to mirror my iphone and ipad to a bigger screen. I am very happy and satisfied with the purchase.

Apple TV provides a hugh number of apps and content services - such as e.g. Netflix. The installation is very easy and the connection to my WiFi network works very well. The black Apple TV box fits well to the design of my TV and I like its small size.

Another fine Apple product. My entire family each has an Apple TV it is the greatest thing we have because we're watch what we want at any time . When we can't find anything on cable we go to the Apple TV which is about 75% of the time great product .

This is a useful addition to our entertainment system. Able to play movies and audio from my mac to my TV system pretty effortlessly. Would recommend however, when the remote didn't work properly Best Buy made it a major ordeal to replace it.

This was my first Apple TV. I love having all my iTunes movies available for viewing almost instantly. Air Play is pretty amazing, but I really wish Vudu worked on it. Overall, it is awesome. I just bought the newer one and will review it soon.

Love this device and capability it provides to maximize the use of my apple products. The built in apps and the mirroring feature which allows me to beam the screen of my devices to the TV were complete sellers for me. Fully recommend to Apple users.

My wife's Ipad and my Iphone can send family photos and videos to our TV for family get togethers so easily. I have gotten several as gifts for family members and they love them too. And they offer so many other free entertainment apps built in.

We are not a tech-y type family and were apprehensive to try this. We had tried the Chromcast earlier and it was a disaster! But happy to report that the Apple TV is not only very easy to install but also very easy to use. The very compact remote is easy to use and the device connects your iPhone or ipad to the TV seamlessly. We have been watching a lot of movies thanks to this device. Highly recommend this product. Needs an HDMI cable so don't forget to buy that.

If you own Apple products then this is a must. Allows you access to all your ITunes movie and music purchases on your TV. Just need Wifi from a router and HDMI connection to your TV. Also has some smart TV capabilities to Netflix, YouTube and more.

We already had an Apple TV and decided to get one for my parents. Got them set up with Netflix and Hulu and they couldn't be happier. Easy to teach them how to use it too. 100% recommended if needing to add smart tv functionality to existing tv.

Excellent for streaming user friendly nice that you can sync with iTunes

Streams great. The new apps look sweet. And easy enough for my dad to pick up and use. Small and portable which helps with limited space and ease of transfer to another location if I'm hosting.

Very handy item, this is the second one that I own. I have one in my living room and wanted to add one to the basement so that we didn't need to add a cable box. Works perfect and price is good, we did not need the "new" and more expensive one.

Apple TV is great for watching movies, listening to music, or just watching Youtube videos. It's very easy to use and works very well with other Apple products.

This was the second Apple TV I have bought recently. My iPhone can stream videos that the TV doesn't do. The video quality and sound are excellent. The device also has lots of apps and slide-show options. The only down side I can see is that it does not have the ability to download new apps. You get lots of apps, but I would like a special one that is not there.

It's easy to use, easy to setup, like everything about it . It is even worth the price. I might end up getting it for a couple people for gifts im the future

Sure the new iteration is about to come out and will knock this one out completely but it's such a vast improvement over the 2nd generation by running so smoothly and making the connection between it and your other Apple devices truly seamless.

Easy to setup, easy to use. The content is top notch, we were watching Netflix in no time flat. The included remote could be better, it's Apple minimalist but functional. I loaded the Remote app on an IPad and don't use it anymore. A great purchase.

Only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I had some shutdown issues lately when watching trailers and some streamed movies. This may have recently been resolved when I did a restore on the the Apple TV with the assistance of Apple. If it holds up then this is definitely a 5 star write-up. I'm a huge fan of Apple, use their computers, iPads, iPhone, etc, have been for 20+ years. This thing is awesome, does so much more than I anticipated. Bought it to sync up movies from my iMac for my daughter, but then I discovered all the cool channels you can activate through your provider ... that's just awesome! Playing stuff via Air Play through my iPad, iPhone or Computer is cool too. Can't say enough good stuff about it, just rocks as you would expect an Apple product to do! Buy one!!!!! You won't be disappointed (barring shutdown problems).
