I love Apple TVs . This is my second one because I wanted the newer model . It’s so easy to use and perfect if you don’t have a smart TV . I would say it’s ideal for people with apple products as it is easy to connect them to the tv to airplay whatever is on your screen . For me I loved it !

I had a 3rd generation Apple TV. Could not add apps to that. Wanted to watch Broadway HD and NBC Sports. Both easy to install on the Apple TV HD. Don’t have 4K, so did not need a more expensive version. Remote took some getting used to. The top part is a touch pad. Not obvious and nothing in the box explained how to select a choice (you click on the touchpad). Easy to use once you know how. Easy to set up once you figure out the remote.

I switched from satellite to streaming six months ago. At first it was an adjustment but now I'm perfectly comfortable. I didn't do a lot of research. I know I trust Apple, so I just went with this item. It's very easy to set up and I love that it's so tiny and doesn't take up as much space as my satellite receiver. The remote only has a couple buttons. So, like other Apple products (say, an iPod), you just have to intuitively know which button to press to navigate the screen. This is very different than the old remotes with literally dozens of buttons, each with a specific purpose. But I like streaming because it's cheaper, more portable, and I have more features than I had with satellite (DVR, better Guide, automatic upgrades, etc.)

I’ve had them all. Roku, Fire TV. Chromecast. Even used an Xbox One for streaming only. Apple TV is the absolute best. It’s snappy and responsive, the remote is laid out really well. It works incredibly well with iOS. The menus are easy to navigate and customize. It has an incredibly sleek and small footprint on a shelf. Siri is actually good for once on this. I’ve never had to point and click at an on-screen keyboard to type in a Netflix password. It just pops up on iOS and it even works with password autofill. I can’t even say that about my $500 smart TV. The only thing I’d say is that if you don’t have any iOS devices you might not want it. It’s so good, I wish Apple would sell this built into smart TVs. This thing makes all the others look like total ugly, buggy, slow garbage. Now about that price though... LOL

We decided to cut the cord with cable and purchased the Apple TV since we are already iPhone users. It has been a wonderful device with so many apps and programs - we don’t miss cable one bit! Everything we want and need is available. Easy to set up and wonderful signal strength with our WiFi! No interruptions with upload or download speeds. If you’re looking to save $ and cut the cord on cable, the Apple TV is a great consideration!

Like Gen-4 the New Gen-5 Apple-TV, in addition to adding 4K has much better speed and performance than Gen 2&3 models which were getting dated. Goes head to head with Roku but Roku still has the edge in operating simplicity and control especially with 3rd party control systems.

Exactly what I needed for streaming multiple providers. Easy to install out of box. Sensitivity of remote control touch pad had to be adjusted to lowest setting as manufacturer setting was too fast for me.

Once you can figure out the remote and how sensitive it is, it is a vey good tool. I was able to see Disney and a lot of other sites that opened up once I hooked it up. Easy plug and play, just an overly sensitive pad on the remote.

Takes a bit of time to get used to if you had previous apple TVs but quality is amazing. Recommend!

“Why do we need an Apple TV” my wife asked me. The many ways to stream has really changed our tv habits and this was further improved with Apple TV. We can easily access all our apps and watch our digital library from iTunes. Highly recommend!

This is a great accessory for all your needs! I love the airplay feature to show what is on my phone, play Spotify and all your tv shows. Connects to my tv provider also, so I get spectrum TV and don’t have to switch back and forth.

Although I am an Apple fan and consumer I wish just wish Apple would lower their prices a bit for their products. That being said I got this at a deal so. Love the ease of use the picture quality is superb! Also loads quickly.

I like it's interface better than Fire TV and Roku. I own all three. Like that it connects to bluetooth and I can listen to tv through headphones without disturbing anyone in the house. Remote touch pad takes a lot of getting used to. But Siri makes it easy to ff and rwd, find video, and turn off without the pad. I'd give it 5 stars but for the remote.

I’m a loyal supporter of Apple products with our whole family on iPhones, iPads, Macbooks, etc and the interoperability and ease of connections is amazing! The ability to airplay from these devices to an AppleTV is amazing! Only thing holding this back from 5 stars is the overly sensitive touch remote that often kicks me out of a show I’m watching with the slightest of touches. I preferred the old 2 button remote.

Upgraded from one of the first versions of Apple TV to this one, and all we have to say is WOW! So fast, incredibly user friendly, and EASY! We love it and are more that happy with our purchase. So much bang for the buck with this! We HIGHLY recommend.

Curiosity finally got the best of me about this device so I decided to pull the trigger. It’s a little pricey in comparison to other streaming devices but I like the setup and interface. We use Apple products in our home so this works perfectly with everything else.

I use it for movies, TV shows and showing my photos on large screen. Works well for all.

Apple TV is Awesome! So easy to use, especially if you are already an apple user. Their apps work so seamlessly, and you can play games with apple arcade on your TV. Apple TV the only way to Stream!
