This multi port adapter functions as advertised. It was a tight fit when plugging in cords though. Probably something that will work out through time and use. A bit overpriced but so was my Apple laptop so why risk anything by purchasing third party accessories.

The nerd squad helped me find a reduced priced piece here. The item had been opened, but not tampered with. Saved me $20! The item is extremely convenient since it lets me charge my laptop and connect a HDMI at the same time.

Got a new MacBook Pro and needed to attach my monitor via an hdmi cable. Although it is a bit of a pain to use the adapter instead of having a native hdmi port the adapter works well, have had no issues.

This accessory is so critical that it should come as standard equipment. Especially in these early days of USB-C, the need for a USB port is a given, and the HDMI and USB-C ports make useful features.

I wish this was cheaper, or at the very least the 3rd party options were higher quality - but when dealing with power into your $1500+ investment, don't mess around, get the first party option so you can know your Apple Care/Warranty won't be denied

So, this thing is just about a requirement for owners of the 12" MacBook. It's a shame that you have to haul around this relatively clunky gadget in order to plug in and use HDMI or USB at the same time.

The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew right away this was the product I needed and told me it was the best available. It’s easy to use and works perfect!

A little more pricey that others for what it is. Would have been nice if apple would have just put extra ports on the laptop. It does it’s job perfectly and has been reliable thus far.

This is really helpful to have for MacBooks because there are not a lot of USB ports. One of my ports is being used by my mouse and so this is helpful for using to charge my iPhone etc.

Go this so I can use my usb drives on the computer I will probably use it a few more times and forget about it because everything is going to be wireless

I wasn't too happy that I had to get so many dongles to make my new MacBook to work; this dongle does its job. I have to have it when I give presentations; it works fine and no issues.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro with USB C. This adaptor was the perfect item to be able to us my thumb drives, and connect to my TV to display content. Couldn't be happier.

what a great item! this is a must-have if you work in tech, in an office with multiple displays, or a school where the tech you may have might or might not match from day to day.

The adapter itself works fine. Although it is a pain to have the adapter dangling from you laptop. But I knew this when I purchased the product. Apple products are solid and last a long time. I feel it is a bit overpriced.

This product works great and it's simple to set up. There is just a very slight delay in the sound and the picture when it's hooked up to my tv, but still a good product.

This item is crucial when purchasing the new MacBook because they use USB-C. I bought one and apple brand specifically because I wanted my computer to have quality accessories especially since it was recently purchased.

This does what its supposed to do. The ports work and the apple look is nice. The only problem is that the cord is short. Its the same size as the picture but I wish it was longer so it would be more easy to plug in.

This is nice to have for the Macbook. It works great and you are still able to charge while pluging it unlike just having the usb slot alone

My recommendation is to only purchase Apple product to use with Apple PC's. We have purchased some other 3rd party plug in devices which have not proven to be reliable.

I was a bit bummed by the lack of functional ports in my mac, but this has resolved most of my issues. My only issue with the adapter is that I wish it had more than 3!
