    I have a MacBook Air and upgraded to a MacBook Pro. However, the Pro does not have the same ports that the Air has. There this is a necessary attachment for the MaBook Pro in order to perform the same tasks comparable to the Air.

    Product does what it was created for. No issues except the price. Apple products are unnecessarily expensive. It is annoying that Apple removed this from the laptop.

    Bought this dongle to transfer sd and mini sd with adapter info from my camera. It does not let you load stuff onto it like a computer would, which kinda makes the marketing campaign about iPads replacing your computer useless advertising stuff. Anyway a transfer only stuff to an iPad with the USB-C connection.

    This is a must if you get the new IMac. They removed the card reader from the desktop so you will need this adapter to download pictures or saved documents.

    I love USB-C, dislike having to have several adapters. It’s super quick, although sometimes it doesn’t recognize when I have this plugged in which sometimes leaves me unplugging/plugging back in. Only qualm.
