Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This sd adapter for the lightening c port is easy to use; it took me several months talking to camera stores and watching youtube videos about file format converters to figure out how to get the sd adapter to instantly send photos to iphoto. there was one simple fix: always shoot video in mp4 format. Once i did that, the videos instantly loaded on the ipad to import just like photos. No need for a converter. Unfortunately, camera store i went to did not sell me a video camera that gives option to shoot in mp4 format. I bought a panasonic that did.

We brought our iPad Pro and iPad Mini to transfer all our photos and videos while on the move. It made it even better knowing that this is one of the few Apple products that is compatible with other devices outsider the Apple ecosystem (thank you USB-C).
