I have 2 digital cameras and with the card reader it makes transferring photos super easy. I also use an SD card to store secret stuff on.

A Proficient, Pricey Adapter

The only factor that might disrupt one's satisfaction is the price. If the price was more consumer friendly and not excessive solely due to the product being sold by Apple, I may have just kept this rather than returning it after use. The main question to ask is not whether the adapter is good or not (you can rest assured with Apple) but rather if it's worth the current price.
