Best Buy best place to by USB Adapter. Very well worth the purchase. Would recommend highly.

Purchased to complement my MacBook Air 2023 model in order to connect external HD and other devices. Worked seamlessly.

There were 3 staff members standing together. One lady, Asian I believe, in the middle of her conversation, jumped right up and asked to assist me. Described my needs and she literally walked me right to the product i was looking for. What stood out was that in mid conversation, she dropped everything to assist me. Outstanding employee.

This is an Apple product, therefore high quality is expected and most importantly it works. I use a wireless mouse that requires an USB port for the sensor. I’ve bought 3 other generic USB C adapter/hubs and all didn’t work with the MacBook.

I bought this one first and liked it. but when I needed a second adapter, the people at Best Buy told me the insignia was made just as well and it worked just as well. And it does. You can buy the Apple, ot you could buy two of the insignia models for roughly the same price.

I recently bought a Mac and was worried about having to buy multiple adapters however, this item is small and easy to carry with me on the go. Works well with all USB ports (chargers, USBs, external hard drive adapters).

it was a little annoying to have to purchase this because of changes made to apple computers- seems like a way to generate more money but what can I do? I needed the adapter to use USB flash drives, etc. It works as described and no issues so far.

This dongle is very easy to use and small enough that it doesn't take up too much space in my computer bag or on my desk.

This is precisely what I needed to use my usb drives with my new MacBook. It is solidly built and has no trouble working with any of my peripherals. The only downside is that you need it in the first place, but you should know and understand that before buying the laptop to begin with.

unfortunately, Apple keeps changing their device inputs. Only real complaint that I have against Apple products. Replaced a 10 yr old MacBook Pro that had USB inputs. Had to buy this adaptor for the new MacBook Pro in order to use a disk drive.

Great for IPads! Just plug it in, then plug in your flash drive. Very simple to use, and so handy. Everything on the flash is accessible from my PC. So happy to have found this!

this product works as advertised - allows me to connect usb 2.0&3.0 cables to my new macbook which has usb-c ports. the cable is somewhat stiff because it is only about 3 inches long. it would be nice if apple would make a usb-usbc converter that stuck right into the port without any extra cables to mess with. but overall good quality and does what i expected it to do.

Until the world completely switches to USB-C you will need one of thees for your Mac. I have tried many cheaper versions (let's face it, all of Apples's stuff is expensive) but this really is the best.

Gets the job done with typical Apple quality (and price.) Needed it to connect a CD/DVD burner to my laptop that only contains USB-C ports. Works great and feels high quality.

Works great. Easy to use and fits the application perfectly. This was part of a birthday present.

I'm not sure what there is to say about a USB adapter. It reliably bridges the gap between my oldish external hard drive and my newish MacBook.

This is a great item if you own MacBook or Apple TV yes I agree with everyone this necessary adaptor is must and should of came with the unit you purchased but Apple is what Apple is they still make the best of the best it's a small price to pay for owning an Apple ..
