Worked perfect! Easy and simple to use and doesn't take up much space.

I have a MacBook 2015 and use this for my external hard drive and thumb drive. It is solid, fast, and very portable. Slightly on the expensive side, but that's because it is branded Apple product.

This does what it's supposed to. The fit between the USB port and the thumb drive is a tight fit, but that isn't a problem. This converter makes switching from a PC desktop to a MacBook much easier.

This works but was more expensive than some other versions. Wish I had tried the insignia version, would have been a much better value and I’m very happy with my other insignia adapter.

I bought this to work in conjunction with a USB to Ethernet Adapter for doing fast wired LAN data transfers from my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It’s works great and I’m very satisfied!

Works well. Connect’s easily. No issues. Use it to transfer photos from my cameras to my lap top

Buying a new MacBook Pro means that you will also be buying a handful of USB-C adapters, since that's the only port available on the machine. Apple's adapters are very pricey for what you are getting; I bought this one because it had been marked down at my local BestBuy. Other vendors such as Monoprice have equivalent adapters at a fraction of the cost, and the ones I've purchased from them seem to be of good quality. If you are a purist or running into BestBuy right before a meeting to grab a missing adapter, grab an Apple branded product. If you can wait a few days, there are better prices to be had.

It was great for my ipad and easy to carry around for travel.

Don't you hate it when your old computer stuff isn't compatible with your expensive new computer. This handy little plug lets you connect your too-big plug to the too-little port. Saves having to rebuy headphones and accessories just to fit the new plug. Foolproof.

I bought this to adapt to my laptop, it's very useful. It doesn't take up much space, and works great. Although it's annoying to use an adapter, it makes the process less of a struggle.

This works great and allows our son's MacBook Pro to have a normal USB port. No issues and worked out of the box -- kind of typical for Apple products!

Until USB C becomes standard MacBook Pro users are stuck using adapters to connect to our favorite peripherals. Typical Apple quality should keep this adapter working for many years.

If you own one of the new MacBooks (like me) this is a must have for hooking up to and external hard drive, etc. It comes in handy quite a bit, (and not too expensive). I highly recommend!

Works as designed. This is an apple product which interfaces with an apple laptop without any conflicts. Allows use of usb devices on newer laptops without any issues.

Works w/charger(s), and, external hard drives by linking these w/iPhones, Macs, AND ANDROIDS! Buying another one, because these are invaluable for backups. Peace of mind for everyone (iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung, Mac and PC users). We’ve got a Noah’s Ark of technology at home!

The item is an absolute must if you own the new MacBook since it allows you to connect your superdrive and other accessories to your new laptop. Durable and fitting, it meets the standard I expect.

I returned my Apple mouse ad it felt awkward in my hand and was unlike any mouse I’ve used. When I bought a LogiTech mouse I couldn’t hook it up to my Apple Mac Air laptop. The sales person asked me why I was returning it and proceeded to take me to the Apple accessories and for very little money the adapter worked great!
