While somewhat annoying that I need to use an adapter for nearly everything on my laptop, this works great with all types of USB connections! Good quality Apple product.

After two years, this still works and looks like new. I use it to connect my external hard drive to my MacBook and it works well for that.

There is nothing wrong with this at all. However check the number of ports that you have or at least do not listen to the person at the store. I have the Mac Book which has ONLY 1 port. So when you plug this in to use it for whatever you want it is great UNTIL you need to charge the computer. You need to buy the other adapter for $69 that has a USB and also a USB-C on it so you can keep using whatever you have plugged in and also charge your computer. So I had to go and buy the other one as a result. Had I looked and not listened to the person I would not have spent the money on this. Not that there is anything wrong with the adapter at all. Check your number of ports first!

This adapter is a pain (additional item to use) but it allows me to continue using my older printer, scanner, etc.

Makes it possible to use my older usb accessories. It is small enough that it is not a problem to take with me.

The new MacBook Air requires an adapter to plug in a USB device. I purchased the Apple “dongle” because I could trust the quality. Works very well.

I love this I'm not as adept as using the mouse on the laptop scrolling and tapping, I prefer to have my mouse and click and go. great for seniors who want to adapt your current items to use USBC to USB adapter, its really cost efficient.

Since I have so many older Apple devices, this is a must have to convert from USB to USB C for the aforementioned older generation devices. And for a great price. Thank you Best Buy!

I love my adapter. I was scared at first because I couldn't use my USB, but this adapter is small and convenient and works exactly for what I need it.

I switched to Macs a while back and love it. In a PC world, different manufacturers make different things for it and they rarely play well together. With a Mac, the company makes ALL of the parts and they always play well together. Great Buy, highly recommend!

These USB-C adapter is a necessity for the new MacBook Pros, is sad that it wasn't included with the computer. The build quality is good and it works well.

This is the new tool to have in you’re array of tech gadgets. If you had a older Mac that used the regular USB connection and upgraded to something with a USB-C this tool will be a short or long term solution as you change over. Works for storage devices and other firmware/hardware that connected through standard USB.

If you get one of the new MacBooks that are only USB-C then you're going to need one of these for all your legacy USB stuff. This connector is solid.
