Some argue that it’s designed obsolescence, to maintain a revenue stream for tech companies, while others say that technological progress must be allowed to forge ahead rapidly. Whatever the case, this adapter is exactly what I needed to make my USB microphone work with my MacBook Pro which only accepts USB-C.

MIDI keyboard to iPad Pro

No issues with the connection and absolutely no latency! Great product for this particular application.
