It’s ok for going from Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3. Apple quality product

Purchased for integrating a microphone connection to an iMac. Works as promised, quite happy with it. Prefer OEM to outside vendors, for the little nuances. Would recommend.

It was a requirement for any Mac pros since there is no connecting slots. The adapter works quick an is always connected easily. Although it can sometimes stick in USB port and be hard to connect things to it. I'd say it is an overall good purchase.

I bought this so I can connect my mixer to my Mac and it works great, at first I didn’t know it was the right one but it was haha, you also have the other ones with hdmi but if you only need it for usb this one is the best option.

I bought this dongle for a neighbor whose older MacBook Pro potted out. However, she had backed her Mac to an external hard drive. The only problem was her new MacBook Pro only had USB-C ports and her external hard drive had a USB-A cable. This dongle worked just fine to recover her data using the migration assistant and it allowed her to continue to doing backups without buying a new external hard drive.

My college girl has a few things that require USB connectivity. She just got a new Apple MacBook Pro intel core i5/8 gig of memory...but NO USB port. This adapter is a must if you need to have access for USB devices and your MacBook doesn't have it! Check and look at what you are buying to see if you need it. The new MacBooks are great,..but pick up one of these adapters to have on hand if you may need it in the future for something!

This product is a must have if you have a new MacBook Pro. It's small and durable and pretty inexpensive for an Apple product.

Apple quality. It works. Only negative is I wish there wasn't the need for it lol. But it works exactly as it should.

In order to connect my external hard drive to my new Mac, this adapter is a necessary accessory. It works fine, no issues.

Adapter changer….sometimes it makes sense To have some of these. I have around 4 extension cord charging stations with the wrong end, this solved the problem.
