This is the "official" Apple USB-C to USB-B converter; I bought a new MBP recently and needed to re-accessorize from my previous 2012-era MBP. this works quite well and is required, since the rest of the world - phones, printers, memory sticks, etc. - all have the old-school USB.

Works well as should…however best don’t need to use that

Easy to use, works as advertised didnt take an extensive amount of effort to use.

I didn’t know if it would work, but bought it anyway. I plugged this into my iPad and put the little Logitech connector for my keyboard and mouse. It worked perfect. It’s a lot cheaper than buying the magic keyboard.

I decided to purchase the Apple USB-C to USB adapter to make it easy to use my already existing external hard drives and other USB connectable devices to my new Apple Mac Book. So far I haven't been disappointed with my purchase. The adapter makes it so easy to use my other USB devices with my Apple Mac Book.

Wonderful product, it's worked perfectly so far. I've only been using it for a short time, but so far everything's been excellent.

This is the best solution for plugging in your USB items into the Thunderbolt ports on your new MacBook. I bought others from a competitor, but they take up too much space around the port openings, so I couldn't use them side-by-side. These are slim and allow you access to all your ports.

Works great and exactly what I needed. Essential when buying a newer MacBook.

Beware many 3rd party USB adaptors may not convey all USB functions, for example a cheap Samsung adaptor works for USB signal, but not power (i.e. cannot charge an iPad while configuring it). This genuine Apple adaptor just works for everything, properly.

I bought two of these so that my daughter could connect USB devices such as an external USB drive or an external USB stick for her to save her work on while attending college. This was the perfect adapter to get the job done, highly recommend.

Great little adaptor for connecting a flash drive to your computer

Bought this for a MacBook Air to plug in an external drive. Works just fine for that purpose.

Had an external hard drive with a lot of music and pics on it. Does not have wifi or bluetooth connection, needed something to access with the MacBook Pro. This adapter did the trick. If you have devices that are USB this adapter is a must to get to those files.

I was a little worried purchasing a Mac, and not having a USB port on it, the associate I spoke with told me about the USB adaptor and my worries were eased. I like that it can plug into either side of the laptop and so far I have not had any issues with it. It does what it's supposed to do!

I was packing for a trip when I realized my headphones weren’t compatible with my iPad, I checked online and the Best Buy was the only store who had the product i needed in stock and available for purchase. The adapter worked without issue.

Love this gadget. It’s a lot more convenient than the side bar adapter I have. The side bar will not connect tightly and I loose connectivity to my usb drive. I have not had this problem; with this adapter.

It did what I needed it to do. I’ve been looking for something to connect my external devices.

I recommend this product to anyone who uses there computer and ipad a lot to attach things to computers

Works great. I miss the USB port not being on the computer but this is a good product.

I had to purchase this for use on my new MacBook Pro, as there are no USB ports installed on the Pro. This chaps my dupa. The adapter is made well, though, and I have had no issues with the product itself. Just an issue with the fact I needed the product in the first place!
