As usual with updating our electronic devices, there are some accessories needed to transition; this USB adapter is just right and fits the bill - works great and was available when i purchased my new MacBook Pro. Works like a charm!

Great prodcut, makes my work as a photographer so much easier

It works just like it should. I use it to get pictures from my Canon EOS 70D to my PC.

My legal assistant told me I needed a "dongle" to go with my iPad Pro. She then showed me how to use it to access thumb drives with the volume of documents needed for a long trial. It was so worth it, and never failed.

Adapter works well. These items should come with the product you buy.

The adapter worked very well with my IMAC - in translating information from my Windows accounts and Canvas accounts for my graduate school assignments and for the storage of documents. I would recommend the adapter for Apple Users

I like that they have this adapter. I was worried when I realized that I couldn’t plug in my external to my new MacBook. But this solved that issue. Now I can still access files and pictures that I once saved to my external. It does feel cheap. Wharlirh is a not durable. My usb does get stuck. I am hoping it doesn’t break while it is lodged in there .

I gave this a five-star rating since I bought three and they are easy to use. Having said that, I am not happy that my new MacBook Pro 15 inch requires the use of these adapters to begin with. But I have not had any connection problems with the adaptors themselves.

Small but very dependable Apple connection - this is why I buy all Apple products I need!

Wish I did not need to have this, but because Apple feels the need to try and remove cords or try and resell you a new technology all of the time... I bought two of these. They work fine and are not super expensive. Buy this over the knockoffs on Amazon for sure!

Since newer Macs have only type c usbs, this little piece is an absolute must have. Especially if you have a lot of peripheral gadgets that use old school usb. Works perfect with old printers, usb drives and old external hdd

This is easy to use for something of the things i have to use with my mac book. There are a lot of options but this one by far is straight to the point for me to use the an external drive.

I purchased this when I bought my Mac due to the fact that it didn't have USB port. I do wish it came with the MacBook, however I did not mind spending the extra money! It great for charging your phone in your Mac or having to save stuff to a USB.

Needed a new adapter for a new IPad we recently purchased. We did not always want to use the plug option. We have only USB ports in the house so we can now use this to charge our purchase. Works well.
