I picked up a few of these for use with my USB-C computers. They're a little more reliable than the other ones I've tried, although it took some force to get my thumb drive into the USB-A port on this one! $9 until the end of 2016, so buy them if you'll want them later...

Purchased this for the MBP 13 with USB-C ports only laptop. So many of the current accessories are still in USB 2.0 and 3.0 plugins. This little dongle will do for the time being before I transition all my storage devices to USB-C. If you are like me, this is a must have!

This item seems to work well for intended use that BestBuy said it would, however, I would have purchased a short version with no wire had I known that option was available at the time of purchase.

I bought a new IMAC and it only has usb C ports on it and I wanted to be able to read jump drives and copy data to a drive and hand it off to someone. one end is the regular USB and the other is USB C which is where everything for Mac is going.

This is a must have adapter if you plan to use any USB device with your MacBook. It has a good design and has worked well with all of my USB devices.

This is a great item to purchase to accommodate your laptop. It makes it easy to plug in your phone, which is especially helpful to use a hotspot on your phone. I’m sure it could be used to plug other things in as well but I have only used it for my phone!

Works well. I am able to attach usb connectors to my apple devices

The need for dongles to use older external devices with newer devices, like MacBook Pros, is large. This is my second, and I am not disappointed. Works for iPad as well with the new file system. Two birds with one stone!

Apple makes great products. i have had no trouble with the product. recently I've dropped my facebook, WhatsApp, and twitter account. account over their communistic style deprivation of free speech. If Apple doesn't back down i may have to do the same. our country and the constitution is more important to me than electronic toys that will wear out.

Of course we hate how over priced apple items are but I’m glad I don’t have to go to the apple store to constantly buy the charger I need !! Great quality and if you read warranty information, you’ll learn that you have 1 year warranty on the device.

Is tiny and great for adapting usb for all your devices that they need it

Needed item as so many connections requires USB connections. Don't like the price . . . but since it's an Apple adapter, what do you expect?
