Very easy to use. I had an old thumb drive with some pics I wanted to save and using this they easily transferred to new iPad! Happy to recommend.

apple computer did not come with a usb port this cord gave us the usb port we need. works good

The architecture of my MacBook Pro (2017) requires this USB adapter to run USB devices -- I stayed with Apple to avoid any problems (yes, I've experienced less than "good" service from third party cables!). Simple product here, but it works perfectly!!

What can you say really USB-C is the future and until peripherals have the USB-C built in, you will need one of these. Works well! I transferred over 2.5tb of data at once between external portable hard drives without a single issue. And for $9 can't beat the price!

great adapter. we used this to connect our iphone to the entertainment system in our tahoe. Screen mirror and can watch anything from the phone on the TV's in the back.

Needed this and bust buy of course took Care of it!

Does the job of connecting the two types of USB ports

I previously bought a third-party USB-C to four USB connector, but it would not work on a MacBook Air. I bought this Apple USB-C to USB Adapter and it works fine.

The USB-C-to-USB adapter solves the only issue I have with the Mac Air. What, no USB port? Well with this little wonder, problem solved. As always with Apple product, quality is up to par. A must have for Apple laptop owners.

So glad I picked this accessory up for my new MacBook Pro! I had so many files on a USB that I couldn’t plug in on my laptop! Lol So grab one before leaving the store. You won’t regret it!! Love Apple!!

It's a simple connector that works just as it's supposed to. I tend to trust the Apple brand and buy when possible, and in this case it didn't cost that much more than the other brands.

I had to purchase this when I purchase my computer in order to have the larger USB connection. It is definitely a good quality adapter/cable but I was hoping it would come with the computer though. It is a short cable so it is easy for me to carry around.

This adapter makes life so much easier when you’re trying to do something and you need a different cable. You can simply connect this adapter and convert the cable to a different one. It works well.

Sucks that you need an adapter for pretty much everything, but it’s fast and works well

I use this to connect my Blue Yeti X microphone (USB) to my MacBook Pro laptop (USB-C). Works well and connects each time with no issues. USB-C fits snug at the laptop connection with no wiggle.

After reading the reviews of other brands, I chose to go with Apple. Not much more in price and the quality is behind it. This item works great even though its an unfortunate move by apple by taking out the USB ports. But, it is what it is and it works. :)
