adapter works like it should, doesnt limit speeds at all. compared to apple's prices on other objects, it is nice that this adaptor is less than $20, helping ease some of the annoyance of not having a regular USB on the new macbook pros.

I would have never known that I needed this when getting my new MacBook. The way Apple is changing everyday, I'm glad that the gentleman that helped me with my MacBook mentioned that I needed this product to store documents on my usb stick.

You have to buy this port if you have a new MacBook, if you want to use anything USB. As technology evolves, we don’t have USB or CD ports anymore. Technology is moving towards all air/cloud storage!

this works perfectly. i use it everyday to connect my mouse to my macbook.

I don’t know how I lived before getting this dongle. This dongle has changed my life. I can now plug a regular USB into my MacPro. Buy this dongle and you too will have that kinda power. Just don’t let it all go to your head.

Pretty straight forward purchase. I does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I will be ordering extra because I either lose them or they get swiped by my more tech-savvy sons.

Licensed Apple adapters are they key to working with every product. Sometimes third-party adapters don’t work with everything!

This is a great inexpensive accessory for anyone who needs a simple USB-C to usb adaptor. I use it for my Mac book air and it does that job. It was pretty cheap too compared to other adaptors and hubs.

It was the only cable that I saw and it works really well. I needed it for an old mac book pro to a new mac book air transfer of data.

If you don’t have any drives on your laptop or ways to connect other devices this is great to have.

I was very upset that the MacBook no longer offers USB ports. I purchased this because I primarily charge my iPhone through the laptop. The adapter is very easy to use and is very durable. I also use this to charge other USB devices.

Its nice to have a single adapter and not a an entire unit to convert. With the units you will more than likely have to look into getting a case which allows the adapter to fit correctly.
