I purchased this cable to integrate all of my USB-A devices with my new MacBook Pro USB-C ports. I've had no problems, all of my devices work great with my MacBook Pro using this cable. Actually bought a second.

I purchased this to be able to hook up a usb into a usb-c worked like a charm, had purchased a different adapter and had an intermittent connection problem, going with this product eliminated my problem

Mac Air doesn't have a USB port so this is needed for a thumb drive. It's a good quality Mac part.

As Apple continues to cut down on the number of ports on their laptops, I find I'm getting more and more adapters to continue using my existing peripherals. This is pretty much a necessity.

Basic cable that lives in the case of my MacBook. Along with a lightning and micro USB cord. Nothing special about the cable itself but I would recommend this over many 3rd party adapters given its build quality.

Still have lots of USB-A flash drives and other accessories. Already have one of these adapters. Purchased this adapter for use in case my principal adapter is lost.

A necessary item if you have an apple computer. Being at the ports are limited meaning the drives this is perfect. You will love it I do recommend.

The new MacBook is fabulous and another example of Apple's super-forward thinking. Many will complain that another USB-C port should have been on the MacBook but honestly I've never run into a problem with the single port. Why some people think that every computer design must have *all* the bells & whistles along with *all* the old legacy technology is beyond me. There are *always* compromises. I highly recommend purchasing this adapter should you get a MacBook air, or perhaps if you have purchased the new Pixel Chromebook (which has 2 USB-C ports) and need to connect a USB 2/3 device. Works perfect and is very sturdy!

I have an Apple USB Super Drive that I used with a MacBook. I no longer have the MacBook - used the Drive to view educational DVDs. Now with this Adapter I do this it with the iPad Pro 11.

This cable is NEEDED to connect the 23 watt power supply to the iPad Pro. It is expensive and considering the price of the power supply, should have come with it. But, it does work flawlessly.

Works well and solved a problem when needing to display to big screen for large audience

Works well. No complaints. I have been using this for my iPad Pro and am now able to open my thumb drives instead of having to send myself WeTransfer files.

It works great, never had any issues with devices that I needed to connect (it happened before with a generic one that wouldn't read some external hard drives).
