The Apple USB cord is a great enhancer for my MAC Book when adding a keyboard and mouse.

Exactly what I needed. Granted it's at a higher price point than similar non-Apple brand products, but it's worth it to me to pay the extra for the quality and to not have compatibility issues.

This is a good product. If you have a macbook pro and want to use a USB drive, you have to have one of these. It is frustrating that they dont just include one in the box. You would think they would for how much you spend for the computer but overall it's great and works how expected.

This takes up no space and is a necessity if you're working with standard USB attachments. I also have a hub but like the ease of using this instead of my Hyper-Drive (which I love) when working with a single item. It's also nice if you need to access three USB-powered devices and have the hub like mine. And the price is nice.

Very durable Item to connect any USB devices to Apple Macbooks, like an extra LED Light for Studies. :-)

Quality is great, fits in the MacBook Pro usb c port perfectly. And this is an apple product which comes with the one year standard warranty so your protected from any faulty cables if that is to be the case. So far has worked like a charm bearing able to plug usb cables into this usb c adapter.

Some may see this dongle as a bit pricey but the quality is second to none. Both sides of the adapter create a snug fit. While this requires a tad bit more effort to disconnect I find it valuable knowing I will not get a loose connection during use. I am very satisfied and prefer it over the cheaper options I have tried in the past.

Easy to use with MacBookPro and Seagate Backup. I needed an adapter to connect my Sea Gate backup drive to new MacBook Pro. This USB-C is easy to use and fit perfectly.

I recently purchased a mid-2019 MacBook Pro which has four Thunderbolt 3 plugins which have the USB-C type plugs. If you have devices that have the regular USB plugs you will need this adapter. I use the adapter to connect my cameras and external hard drive and it works as intended.

Adapter works well. Would be nice if there was a version of this with a longer cord.

Easy to use. Bought this to use on a Mac desktop for a USB mic. The adapter does its job and doesn't sacrifice any quality.

This is a great way to try out the new quick-charge feature on your iPhone 8, 8 Plus or X. You will plug the USB-C end into the USB-C port on an AC adapter with POWER DELIVERY, and plug your lightning cable’s USB end into this, and then you can watch the magic happen as you juice your new phone in record time! Just ask your Best Buy associate to point you at the right adapter. I recommend the 29 watt power adapter the MacBook Air uses. Anything over that won’t increase your charge speed (they also have a 40-something watt and one much higher, but those are just wasted money when it comes to a phone charger).

...but not everyone, so Apple did not include a USB port on the MACBOOK PRO. I happen to have a need for a USB port, and this adapter fit my needs to a T, and enabled me to purchase a very compact, portable MacBook, and I have access to a USB port when I need one.

Like most Apple products, this adapter costs more than the competition but is very well built and works like a charm. I was willing to pay more for the quality and peace of mind. Works perfectly with both my 2020 MacBook Air and my 2020 iMac.

I have a MacBook Pro and wanted to rip some of my old cds to my laptop so I got a super drive but needed an adapter to connect it up. I know there’s a lot of cheaper off brand adapters but I went with the Apple so I had a seamless connection without any issues. Works great and I got a ton of new tunes to listen to.

does exactly what it's supposed to -- no complaints! i appreciate the shorter length/less wire clutter, as i'm mostly using it to plug in a thumb drive.
